If I could give this company NO STAR, I would!They trap you into automatic shipping renewals and not to mention, I never received my product. Then they told me they would reship my product when I paid another shipping fee! The devil is a lie! Not to mention there is no way to cancel the subscription! I found the cheat code, go in and remove your payment card! DONT DO IT! It’s not worth the hassle!

Horrible customer service. This scam company is all about trapping customers with auto ship that is extremely hard to cancel. You get the run around dragging things out so they can reship again!!! Zero customer care. The product is just ok. Nothing to get excited about. I may have reordered at some point but the absolute lack of integrity ensured I will never spend a dime again with this company.

First of all I did not care for their product so I kept the first one and did not realize that I was going to end up with a subscription for their product. I tried to return the package because I opened the mailer they will not take the return. I opened it because they wanted a picture of the mailer and I took a picture of their product to show that they were not opened. So forget about a refund from these people.

I ordered a Lumi Lux 'Co Anti-Aging Stick and it was delivered quite quickly.

I couldn't see the ingredients. It's a balm, feels like lip balm (with added Collagen, calcium, magnesium, etc.).

Does it reduce wrinkles? So far, I haven't noticed any visible improvement.

Please test it first, I have such a bad reaction around my eyes, I had to go to urgent care as I could not recognize my face, all swollen. Not sure if I am allergic to its ingredient?

Total scam, marketing professional products from London, really cheap junk found on Temu for $12. Refused to respond to emails even though they say they offer a 30-day money back. Took 2 months to respond to CC dispute and let me tell you. There are no buyer protections for merchants who don't respond to return requests. Total scam, rip off and they are working under multiple names with the same images.

Says my package was delivered, which is not true! Never received it. Can’t get through to a customer service agent either! They need to be shut down. Scamming a** people!!! Don’t order from them.

Not only did they trapped me into an auto ship I couldn’t cancel, but they insisted on sending another order despite me begging them not to. The package has arrived and has not been open. I initiated a return, at which point they asked me for photos of the package. I sent photos of the package and their reply was that the item was “not able to be returned since my auto ship was on sale.” This company is a complete scam, not to mention their products do not work.
Stay far far away from this company.

I have not received my Dr. Max Dr. Malson lip balm or face bombs I have not received mine yet and it’s been over almost a month i’m really disappointed

What can l say... That hasn't already been said before. REPEATEDLY!!!

l was drawn in, no matter how many times l tell myself 'don't do it. DON'T DO IT... lt's too good to be true.' lt's in MY basket, and payments been made and all because the promotion was reduced from £495.00 to £99.00. WOW. REALLY. Yes it was. The #LumiLux™ 7 Colour Infrared PDT LED Therapy Spa Facial Device complete with wonky electrical plug adaptor was an amazing £99.00... lt would be SO rude not to order it, wouldn't it???

Anyway, please ignore the 1 star over-rating. As you're unable give negative feedback, l will glowing give #LumiLux an incredible -100% on their lack customer service. l initially contacted them via email(s) since September 2025, no reply. No reply. Their website - contact us, NO REPLY.

A few weeks later. A delivery of an unwanted and unordered #DEIOVR - POT LED light Therapy Machine - Calcium-H-Supplement machine appeared... Unsure by who and why, wrapped up in layers and layers of cling-film. l now have two of these facial machines, that take space up; and #DEIOVR is much bigger/wider than the #LumiLux.

The wonky electrical adaptor plug: #LumiLux™ 7 Colour Infrared PDT LED Therapy Spa Facial Device, with 7 sets of different lights including NIR and an unordered / unwanted DEIOVR - POT LED light Therapy Machine - Calcium-H-Supplement machine without NIR.

lt appears that #LumiLux have yet to pass that module on customer service, as they do NOT respond to their emails; and observing the tremendous amount of glowing feedback from other people / customers of #LumiLux, why am l not surprised!!! Before l give you all the wrong impression, l am not a storage base for either #Lumilux or #DEIOVR products.

lf and when #Lumilux pass this module in customer service, or the other module 'Where you / they give a ....' (please feel free to fill in the blank). Please can you send a replacement electrical adaptor as previously requested on numerous occasions, as well as the return address with QR code for free posing to me; in order to return the unwanted #DEIOVR.

Bought the red light therapy LED massage brush. Only used for 1 month and the massage function has stopped working.
Emailed lumilux only to have no one reply or see to my issue.
Massage brush came in a tatty old box which isn't reflective of the description of this being high quality.

I purchased an ultra sculpt on 3 Sept and requested refund within 14 days as the product was of poor quality. I received an email requesting pictures and a video, both of which were provided. I’ve had no response to my emails. Absolutely disgraceful!

We absolutely love our new permanent lights! Noah who sold us the lights was wonderful to work with—very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful in explaining all the options. The whole process was smooth and easy, and the finished product looks amazing! Highly recommend this company if you’re considering permanent lighting for your home.

Came across the website thought it was amazing and bought a face spa reduced to £125 came quite fast but it’s a cheap product from China no branding on box no safety markings on apart from the adapter plug but I’m 99% positive the leds are not lasers I just think they are red led lights and not what they claim . I’ve got a professional laser hair helmet from theradome and I red led laser lights are completely different once on . These lights on this unit are just light a normal light . Also asked for a refund they soon replied back to me asking me for photos of the item and box once received they will send out a return label but once I sent the photos no response at all completely lost faith I’ve had zero communication from them . It’s just all fake led lasers they also give the impression they have a celebrity followers I very much doubt that it’s just utter rubbish and no CE certificate apart from the adapter plug so tge unit shouldn’t be sold in the uk . I fell for tge website sadly I should have read the reviews on here as I agree with them 100% . The return policy is wrong in any event as by uk law you are allowed a refund if buying online as you can’t see what your buying so the company must refund your money for goods bought online whereas if it was from a shop returns are different as you can actually see what you are buying. But these products are not legal for uk and shouldn’t be even sold

Ordered goods £80. Never arrived and the postage link never worked.
I emailed the company and never received a reply.
Have had to get my CC involved to claim a refund.
Don’t waste your money on this company.
Looking at the reviews I’m not alone and others have been duped as well.
This company should have their website removed and not be allowed to advertise goods, they clearly don’t have.

Ordered a knee wrap £69 confirmation order and tracking No but nothing has come and no replies to any e mails at all. that was on the 7th July three weeks ago would suggest never use this company going to see if I can claim my money back from my card
