I Would give zero stars if I could!! Total scam and needs to be investigated by trading standards. No receipts given, no customer service, no replies to emails!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF!!

Ordered a Infrared belt cost me £70. Been 4 weeks. Item never delivered and not responding to emails. Have been reported to trading standards. Investigation ongoing. Do not buy. They are SCAMMERS!!!!

Scam company!!! Bought an item qnd never got it. They just take the money and do not answer any emails. Save your moneys. Scammers!!!!!!

Echoing everyone else on here - ordered a branded product and received a cheap Chinese rip off - even the packaging said from AliExpress.

To make matters worse it had clearly been used aswell and had someone else’s hair all tangled up in it

Emailed x3 with no response despite them offering a 30 money back guarantee. Scaaaaaaam

I'd give zero stars. Cheap knockoff that DO NOT stick/magnetise to your eyes at all. Very frustrating and went in the bin.

I ordered a branded item from this company and received a cheap Chinese knockoff instead. It looked nothing like what was advertised—poor quality, fake packaging, and completely different from the product description.

To make things worse, I reached out to their customer service multiple times and got no response at all. No acknowledgment, no apology, no refund—nothing. This company is clearly running a scam.

Save your money and avoid this seller completely. They’re dishonest, and once they get your money, you’re on your own.

DO NOT BUY THESE!!! They are not what they advertise to be!!! Save your money!! They WILL NOT REFUND your money. They are VERY CHEAPLY MADE… you can go to the dollar store and get better ones. They have the WORST customer service and will only respond to you via AI email. It VERY frustrating!! 😡

I have contacted the business 4 separate times to initiate a refund, however I have had no response. I'd wish I'd read these reviews earlier - £125 down the drain...

Not what I expected. Tried to get my money back and they would not process my return. Lashes were not used. They just seemed cheaply made. I do not recommend.

Ordered the lumilux co magnetic lashes. They were shit. The magnet on the lashes themselves are not strong enough to actually Connect through my own. And some of them won’t even «disconnect» from the applicator. DON’T buy!!

Same experience as other buyers, these crooks + their sham website should be criminalized & shut down.

My infra red hair brush arrived yesterday & has been charged for 8 hours. It is still not working. I am hoping for a favourable reply to my email before I comment further. This has never happened with Shein so I'm very frustrated...

This company is a scam, send you broken items and when you return them they do not refund.

This company is awful. I shall tell you why. I ordered 3 lamps, alle 3 has arrived after a month or so. They are made in China and the quality is - well, not very good. All 3 lamps have errors. The plugs to 2 lamps are not european, but American plugs?? The third lamp seems to miss some parts? Anyway the assembly manual or rather assembly piece of paper was not in the box. I have asked LLumilux many times to please send it. They do not even answer my mails. I am flabbergasted at how lousy this company operates. YOU WILL FOR SURE GET PROBLEMS WITH YOUR ORDER, THERE'S NO QUALITY ASSURANCE FROM THE FACTORY'S SIDE, NOR IS THERE FROM llUMILUX IN AMSTERDAM- ADVICE - DO NOT BUY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a infrared therapy light!
Firstly they sent to the wrong address (I put the correct address on my order)

Then i had tow aot for them to receive the item back from Evri before sending onto myself at rhe correct address, this took over 2 weeks! Within that time I ordered from another company
At this stage I was in contact with Lumilux and they were replying promptly

I have now contacted several times asking for details to return the item as I no longer need it as got a alternative due to urgency and I am being ignored

Please respond to my email asap!!!
