Wrong products receieved/Defective product

The products received was not the appropriate one. More, one was defective.
When contacting the customer services, they indicate web link to follow...that unfrotunately doesn't works!
Products returned. Waiting for further instructions

I ordered a lamp that took one month to arrive and it was broken. Very frustrating

Due to Corona/Covid-19, we experience delay on many parcels, for this i am of course sorry.

The fact that you have received a broken product as well, is of course adding extra fuel to the fire :(

I do not recommend dealing with them at all

It is one of the worst companies that I dealt with. They have no respect for the customer at all. They do not abide by the delivery dates. I asked them for products more than 3 weeks ago and I was supposed to arrive after 3 days from the date of the request, but they did not come and asked them to recover my money and But they do not respond at all. I will take all legal measures with them. I do not recommend dealing with them at all unless you intend to lose money.They didn't care and just give me money when I put a bad rating on this site

Our customer service has been in contact you, and can see that the package unfortunately appears to be missing at the postal service.
We have therefore offered to send you a new shipment of products, of which you wanted a refund instead.
The refund has therefore been made.

It is of course very unfortunate that the package was gone missing at the postal service. We are very sorry about that.
