I placed an order

I placed an order. I realized after 3 minutes was the wrong ski google. I wrote them immediately to cancel my order so I can place a new one. No reply.
Today I got the wrong ski google and need to return. Terrible.

I haven't yet received my package

I haven't received my package at first for more than a week, but the error was later corrected, and they apologized by sending me an exra item, so I give them 5 stars now :)

Hopeless Jublo Quickshift OTG Ski…

Hopeless Jublo Quickshift OTG Ski Goggles. Great ventilation concept, utterly failed by not testing the product! The magnetic removable ventilators easily fall out and can be lost when putting on/removing the goggles. Even worse, the published expensive replacement parts on the website are never available.

All fine!

All was good, fast contact, fast problem solved!
Delivery - well box was damaged and opened but everything was inside and in perfect shape. Same as fast delivery so basically ok!

No feedback from customer service

Parcel service did not deliver package and returned it to sender. Customer service replied only to my third email asking if I preferred a new delivery or a refund. I asked for a new delivery (8 days ago). Since then no further communications. Two more email send and still no answer.

Wrong lens sent

After many weeks trying to get a replacement lens and replacement not being delivered eventually collected it from a nearby town as Julbo courier didn’t deliver…

Renegade Reactiv1-3

Excellent sunglasses for biking and casual use. The reactiv 1-3 from the renegade model is fast and works great when entering the forrest on sunny days, Fits perfect, never anoying even after hours of use. Top product.

Impossible to keep clean

Bought some julbo density glasses, initially thought they were the best I tried but then the rear coating on the glasses just kept attracting everything. Its sort of tacky and things stick to it. Its virtually impossible to keep them clean even following their instructions, now i have a couple of white smears on the insides which I cannot get off. Shame really, very hard to recommend.

Sorry to hear that.

This surface is indeed treated with a specific anti-fog coating applied directly to the inside of the material. After manufacturing, this treatment may sometimes give a slightly different tactile sensation, but it should not cause significant discomfort.
It is important not to rub this area to avoid damaging the effectiveness of the anti-fog coating.

Recommended cleaning is simply rinsing with warm water, followed by air drying without wiping.

Missing Order

I ordered 2 glasses 7 days ago and still I did not receive any Shipping information. When I check my profile I can see that it is already "Completed". I don't know what is happening but I feel like I got scammed.

Edge Cover Spectron4 side shade fall off easily and replacement is hard to get

I bought the Edge Cover Spectron4 (J5881217) at Lavaredo 2025 UTMB expo because I love the fact that all the parts can be interchangeable. However, 2 days later, the left side shade came off easily and i lost it during a hike.

I filled up the online form for after sales support to see if I can get or purchase a replacement for the side shades.

Their response to me was simply, they do not mail to Singapore. Gosh how much can shipping be? They should have at least give me an option right? They gave me a fake email to contact. The email bounced back.

I am very disappointed as I am ready to try new brands and would consider this as a good option compared to Oakley because of its innovation.

Still waiting to see if this company can help me with the side shades.

Updates: So Julbo replied this review. They emailed me again and redirected me to a fake email. Omg. This is getting seriously annoying. They are rather insincere in doing business.

Outstanding Customer Service – Fast, Friendly & Fair

I recently broke the temples of my expensive Julbo sunglasses due to my own careless handling. After searching online and not finding replacement parts available in shops, I contacted Julbo through their support form, not expecting much. To my surprise, I got a friendly response the next day, confirming they had the exact temples I needed.

They offered the replacement for a very reasonable €8 plus €12 shipping, and the whole process was super straightforward. I paid via a secure link and provided my shipping address. Just five working days later, the parts arrived — exactly what I needed, well-packaged, and ready to go.
