I placed an order for 3 bags of Detox…
I placed an order for 3 bags of Detox tea at discounted price, when my order was placed an additional order for 3 bags of full priced. I could not claim back the extra payment that I did not give permission for. Today i clicked on an old email to unsubscribe & I have received an email stating I have just purchased 10 bags of tea (not stating which type) & a charge of £99.++ has been placed on my credit card. Surely I am not the only person this has happened to especially twice.

Do Not buy from this company. It’s a scam. Wish I had found all the other reviews beforehand. They don’t tell you it’s in USD, so got charged more than double and ended up losing more than $60. You try and send them emails and they don’t exist and then if you find another one somewhere that one closes to you too so they instantly become uncontactable. The response has always been the same between hundreds of people that within minutes of being charged and you ask for a refund they tell you it’s already been shipped and ALL emails are identical. NOBODY has got their money back. MY ADVICE STAY AWAY!!!!
Now as usual I get the same email response as everyone else. Just change the name and the body is the same, we need more information (what makes you think I’m going to give you anymore when you don’t act upon it)? We understand your frustration (yea right), JUST DO IT and stop making excuses.
Go get a real job instead of ripping peoples hard earned money off them. Guessing you’re so rich from the scam that you don’t need to now!
HAVE SUPPLIED ALL INFORMATION TOO MANY TIMES TO COUNT!!!

This company is a scam do not buy from them. They took my money with out me clicking order or confirm order. They also charged me two random figures which in total came to £56 for teabags!
I told them not to send the things or to take the money and they responded by saying it had already been processed yet I cancelled five minutes after! so there was ample time to cancel this.
Now they have offered half price but I have no confidence or trust in a company that takes money and doesn't listen when you email them. My bank is now trying to get me my money back.
I have had to change my bank card in case they take any more money without my consent.
Terrible company - DO NOT BUY OFF THEM
