Absolutely disgraceful behaviour. I cancelled my subscription in July and they’ve taken a payment from my account on 29th August. Been n their site and cancelled yet again. Been to the bank this morning to instigate a fraud claim.

This is a scam site
This is a scam site. Do not buy from this company. Hidden costs, hidden subscriptions. Impossible to cancel your purchase. Impossible to cancel your subscription that you never setup. I sent 6 emails explaining I want to cancel and they just ignore you and try to get you to pause your subscription that you never actually setup. Total dodgy and can’t see how it’s legal.

Less than a month dropped pounds.
The Lulutox tea is a bit pricey for me since I am on a very limited income. After drinking it for 22 days, I've dropped 18 lbs. The tea reduces my appetite. I haven't noticed any other differences at this time

I placed an order for Lulutox tea in…
I placed an order for Lulutox tea in June. On checkout I was m offered other products which I didn’t want but seemed to have purchased when 2.5 x the cost I expected (£43.90) went from my account.
I did not follow this up with you at the time because I was travelling.
I believe I checked and attempted to ensure that I had not created a subscription at the time. Today I am told my next order has shipped (3months later) for a subscription I did not set up and do not want. This is sharp practice. I am now trying to cancel this so called subscription but, according to the Lulutox Website, it is not possible to cancel an order that has already shipped.
Upcoming Subscription orders should be communicated to the subscriber in advance of the order being shipped. This was not the case in relation to the continuing unwanted order that has shipped today
I was notified of this order after it had shipped. That is sharp practice.
Looking at the companies trustpilot reviews and I can see that i’m one of many customers affected in the same way.
This seems to be a company that is at the very least using sharp practices to sell its products or is indeed a scam.
In addition, The product arrived later than indicated so I had already left for the summer with no tea.
I want a full refund for the original shipped items ordered without my knowledge (£44.75 and £18.95) and the order shipped today without my consent (£43.90). And I will of course return the products to Lulutox as they are all unopened.
