Went to dealer in kidlington was ignored two working and on on phones all the time.

Helpful staff made purchase of parts easy

Ordered an item which I was advised straight away it was out of stock so could wait or have a refund.
I opted to wait as wasn't in a hurry for it.
Gave me estimated date of arrival and then confirmed delivery date and it arrived exactly when they said it would.
Good communication and a good product

Fast delivery once the product was in stock. Had to wait a long time before it actually became available. Too many 'expected in stock' dates missed. However, once available then very fast response and delivery. Would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the stock situation.

Maybe mention to sealey that nuts supplied were not nylon as stated in instructions

The purchased item is very good. Easy to assemble. However, it took a while before shipping and They received no communication to manage my bike expectations (the website said not available until July, but it was mid-July.

You sent me an email, I placed the order and now it’s on its way.

Rear rail and back rest.can’t fault Lukas distribution ordered one day arrived two days later. But unfortunately the back rest powder coating had chip out to diameter of 5mm. I think this was done at source as there was no paint flakes inside the wrappings. Just a shame I’ve had to fill and repaint item.

Purchased a set of engine dresser bars for goldstar 650 one mounting on the frame of my bike is missing so its an ongoing issue which they have kept in touch about

Saturday 4 May at Thor motorcycles Bodmin for a test ride on the BSA 500 Goldstar. Friendly and informative staff on the stand and several bikes( all Goldstars) available for pre booked rides. Brand new bike with only 30 miles on it, hour long ride which I rode quick A road, narrow unclassified , lovely twisty B road and dual carriageway. Great little bike, peace of an engine a little vibey at 5000, bags of torque . Fabulous brakes and really good handling, suspension a little harsh on rougher roads but then the bike was literally straight out of the box so not set up for me. Instrumentation a little bit small not easy to read at all. All in all a great package and certainly good value at the current price.

The gloves are great. Delivery was an issue as my address was incorrect on the labelling. FedEx stated this was normal for this supplier. My address had extra lines of someone else’s address included. FedEx phoned me to get the correct address.
