Happy I tried them
Goods were as described and arrived well-packaged the next day, as requested. Price was competitive too. I also contacted customer service with a general warranty question which was answered fully and almost straight away. Not used Luggage Superstore before but am happy I tried them.

Ordered an American tourister case after being let down elsewhere got 65 percent off free next day delivery via DHL product is superb highly recommend this firm . Update the lock failed on the case whilst away. Returned the case repaired and returned in 2 weeks

Rapid delivery and loads of choice, too. I was fortunate to be able to afford a bit extra so I went for the Samsonite. Easy to use, loads of capacity and some much easier to walk with rather than a pull along.

Bought a set of 3 suitcases from Luggage Superstore. Took them on holiday only to find the smallest one had a problem with the handle dropping down. I contacted them and they were very fast to replace the faulty one. Staff were lovely and easy to deal with.
