I gave the wrong pickup time. I forgot to mention the ottoman. Then, at the last minute, I decided I wanted my old sofa moved to the garage.
Every time I created a new problem, Lugg solved it—promptly, efficiently, and with remarkable good humor.
From customer support to the movers themselves, every person I dealt with was professional, courteous, and genuinely helpful. What could have been a stressful move turned into an easy one.

Worked well for a short, simple job
We needed to move a large, heavy cabinet from one floor down to another. Being able to select "labor only" for two persons was straightforward, unlike another popular task-hire service. This was a short and relatively simple job. The two luggers were personable, careful, fast, and efficient. They made it look easy even though it was not. Great job!
