I had a very positive experience with thus store. My daughter’s dress didn’t arrive and they quickly handled it. They offered to send it again or a full refund. They no longer had her size I chose the refund. Within a day, the refund was received.

Amazing customer service

I am never concerned about my daughters ordering from here because the customer service is amazing! The clothes are beautiful and great quality, but if something doesn’t fit or just doesn’t look good, the customer service team works with us to make it right. 10/10!

Above and beyond

Quick and helpful. I asked for help regarding a missing piece of a top I bought months before. I wasn't expecting to actually be helped considering how long it had been. I requested that they send the missing piece and they sent a new top. Lovely clothes and great customer service.

Item unexpectedly out of stock - needed help to cancel

I selected a dress, placed the order, and my payment went through but it turned out that the item wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be shipped until three weeks later. I didn’t revive a confirmation email so I reached out to the help email contact and they informed me of the issue. I needed this dress for my birthday on March 20th. The order information also said it has an estimated ship time for March 2nd, which is odd considering it wasn’t in stock. I put 3 stars because the customer service was very thorough and helpful and treated the situation with importance, which I appreciate! I understand how it would be difficult to keep up with all the updates and notifications settings on the website. They gave me options that I could choose from to go forward with. I had to ask them to cancel the order for me, for a refund, because there was no way on my end to cancel the order. The order was canceled upon request and I revived my refund. Thank you!

Fast response and good experience!

My dress was taking a while and wasn't shipping, so I emailed the support team, and they responded quickly! Turned out there was an issue with the packaging, and they gave me a full refund to original payment quickly! It all went very fast and smoothly :)
