I have received multiple unsolicited SMS messages promoting LuckyTwice Casino, despite never registering or consenting to any contact. These messages have been forwarded to Action Fraud (the UK's national fraud, and cybercrime reporting center) for investigation, as they appear to violate data protection and anti-spam regulations. I have also complained to your domain registrar and to your host and cloudflare, a company that is used to hide customers host addresses. Please don't pretend you are genuine or legitimate in any way.
It's telling that your Trustpilot page is filled with similar complaints from others about spam via SMS and emails, often from unrelated or burner domains. This site is linked to burner domains and fraudulent intermediates such as betrealme.com where you will play a wheel, win a huge bonus, and victims will be redirected to Another domain with a final deposit page. Everything is hidden behind Cloudflare to obscure the true operators, and multiple people have already reported being defrauded by identical scam sites in the same network.

If you dont use the bonuses then withdrawal is easy as there are no wagering requirements. Yes you have to verify ID but thats just policy on every gambling site. My winnings are always in my account within a couple of days 3 at the most, I find that I win more on this site than I have on any of the UK sites. This is not a a fake review, Just saying as I find it, honestly. my only niggle is that compared to the UK sites you can cancel pending withdrawals, and its clear to see they leave time for you to do that before they process it. BEWARE FRAUD

BEWARE FRAUD - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I tried to withdraw winnings but they wanted a lot of paperwork to verify my ID. They also wanted proof of payment I apparently made via Google Pay which was in my transaction history. I never made this payment. They are now withholding my cash payout.

Join Lucky Twice and you will be unlucky every time

Since I joined this online company I have had nothing but problems. They offer bonuses to entice you to play . When it comes to withdrawal,they come up with all sorts of excuses not to payout. I have had no less than 9 withdrawal requests rejected. They even sent you messages warning you that you shouldn't withdraw winnings as you have a bonus. When you read through their website it tis clear when the winnings become withdrawable. In the last few days deposited £30 with a bonus. I was lucky to win at least £150 after a couple of spins When I tried to take the money out my account showed that I was playing the bonus. I decided to gamble away to a point when I could reclaim the money. At one stage I had £1060 in my account. I didn't know how to get this money and decided to gamble away so that the bonus restrictions will be lifted. I managed to get it to £515 or so . At this time the Lucky Twice system allow for a withdrawal. A day or two later I got an email where one of the representative of Lucky Twice wrote this message to me."

Dear Akhtar,

We'd like to inform you that while checking your withdrawal request, we found out that you have exceeded the maximum bet limit while playing with an active bonus. Regretfully, this is a violation of our Bonus Terms and Conditions specified on our website. Due to this violation, we had to confiscate your winnings gained from the bonus and leave the deposit amount on your balance. I am not sure how to get the money from these people. I think they place all sorts of restrictions so that you cannot cash your winnings. I would advise you keep clear from them if you want to enjoy gambling online. I am still waiting for my last winnings to be paid out before I close my account.
