Honest opinion

Honest opinion, wouldn’t recommend this casino. I spend hundreds / thousands no cash back or bonus in return. Live chat is impossible asking to contact via email. I’ve emailed several times to close my account again being ignored and told to wait over 2 weeks passed since deposited 400 and again nothing in return. Stay clear

Do not use this site!

Ignore all communications and they are processing payments as other companies to hide the nature of the transactions (transaction masking) no response to multiple emails. Games seem to be hosted locally and not via reputable brands.

Request for account closure still waiting

Request for account closure still hasn’t happened after months of requests.
Everytime you want a withdrawal, they slow the process down by asking for a deposit proof each time.

Poor casino, maximising off peoples vulnerability.

Update -
I first requested account closure/exclusion on 31st August 2025!
I have repeatedly requested it since then.
Responses are either “we’re reviewing your request internally” or nothing at all…

IGNORES CUSTOMERS

One week after requesting withdrawal. Waiting hours to get a reply via chat. Then when they do they ignore my questions, not an apology. Not one reply via email. Cashout cancelled every time despite being told via chat I passed kyc and my withdrawal would be processed. I intend to alert gambling commission as this company doesn't seem legitimate.
