I ordered two sets of watches from Lucky Fours, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience.

First order: I received a set of four watches, but the quality was much worse than I expected. The watches look and feel very plasticky, seem prone to damage, and scratch very easily. Because of the quality, I decided to return them and request a full refund. However, I was informed that a 15 percent would be deducted from my refund.

Second order:This is an even bigger issue. The second set of watches was never delivered to me. I contacted Lucky Fours to find out what happened to the order, but I did not receive a clear response or an explanation about where my watches were or what had happened to the shipment.

Overall, I am very disappointed with both the product quality and the customer service. I expected much better, especially regarding communication and handling an order that was never delivered.

Great customer service, my order was lost in transit yet my shipping provider never contacted me. After reaching out, within a short amount of time someone reached out to me from the lucky fours team to resolve the issue efficiently and effectively. I now have a replacement order sent for the same package!

The resizing tool sucked, it broke so fast and now I have to take it to a jeweler (I used it correctly). The support person was awesome, I put in the wrong shipping address and they helped me sort it out really fast and were really polite.

Had a problem with one of the watches and customer service got back to me within 2 minutes and have already sent a replacement.

Bros listen to me I was expectical at first too cause we think (too good to be true)but when I tell you this is premium I swear by it and the customer service is unbelievable I bought 2 and I'm in love I had an issue whit it contact them and they where quick to the point the were like rushing (not really)me to help me like making sure I answered them back thas top tier IF YOU DONT LIKE EM YOU CAN JUST GET REFUNDED AND BOOM PROBLEMS SOLVED BUT ONCE YA BUY YA NEVER GOING BACK IM A LUCKY 4 BELIEVER
