Can't get my refund from them. And when contacted they want all my bank information (which I would never give) rather than just refunding to my credit card from whence I paid.

I would give them no stars! Customer service is quick, but not in a good way. I wanted a refund for a flight I booked accidentally. I contacted them as soon as I booked it. All I got was the run around. The price that was stated was not charged! There was another $15 in charges that were added to my card! They won't give a refund even though all other airlines do within 24 hours. They called me they said. The ID came up as 111111111...to me that a scam. Which this company is. Bait and switch and shady business practices! Don't use this service.

This is not a transparent system, this was my first time booking flight. I assumed that there might be some hidden commissions and wanted to cancel the booking if this happened, but the guys thought about this outcome in advance and the amount of commissions was not reflected at any stage. I received my order with a final total of 17$ dollars more for a ticket cost of 29$. Disgusting service.

In other words you can call them thieves if anyone need proof I can show them but don't let them to steal your money.
Details: I have booked a ticket on 15 from Jedah to Dublin for 209 pounds total cost in euros was 265 euros. You guys have cancelled the ticket and refunded after a week and with less amount shame on you guys. In first why you guys would cancel when it was purchased and pay less and delay.

When I booked this flight there was a charge on my receipt stating" additional services" I have nothing to explain what this charge is for and trying to reach anyone is impossible. The Airline carrier stated that they were not responsible for the " additional services charge". Please explain??????

Bought an overpriced plane ticket from here and it said pending, for a long time and it made me not super comfy. Then I saw all these reviews and canceled my credit card then flagged it as a scam.

This website is a scam! Don’t purchase from them! They hide their service fee in boilerplate language before you confirm your purchase. They advertise a lower fare than the airline to suck you in, but then charge an almost $10 service fee. You are better off booking directly with the airline.

This website is a scam. They list a total booking price, then when hit book flight, after they have your credit card info, they charge you a higher price. I contacted my credit card to report the scam. The CC said that I won't be charge. Going to keep an eye on it. Going to also contact Google and report this scam. Google need to remove this scammer from their site. I will follow up into they do something about this scammer. Can't believe that Google will have scammers like this one on their site.

Booked a flight, at the last minute the price increased. I called the company to cancel. When it was explained to me that by cancelling I'd lose over half my money I told them I'd keep the flight. After hanging up I received several cancelation emails. I called back and they told that the cancellation went through, I would only be refunded a portion of my money even though I told them I didn't want the cancellation. They said there was nothing they could do. TOTAL SCAM- never never book with this company

This site is a scam. I requested a ticket which they claimed to have booked. When I asked for a confirmation code they continually gave me one that did not work as Alaska Airlines’ confirmation code is only letters not numbers. I then asked lucky2go to cancel my flight which was allowed under the 24 hour rule, but they didn’t confirm until after 24 hours later. They then asked me to pay an additional fee for a voucher that was for less than the original flight! Do not buy from these people. If something changes I will change my review but for now I’ve had an awful experience and will never use them again.

I selected a round trip from January 31st to February 4th. I booked the flight advertised as $82, and I paid $97 with fees. When my booking went through, the email confirmation showed the trip as January 24th to January 28th. This was not the date range I had booked. I tried to cancel the flight immediately but was told I could only be refunded $48. The flight is through Spriti Airlines, which allows for a full refund if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the original booking. I emailed more and was told that actually I could only be refunded $38. I am incredibly frustrated and feel that lucky2go wrongfully changed my booking dates during payment in order to collect cancellation money from me.
UPDATE: I was told that I cannot be refunded at all because it has been more than 24 hours since my booking. This is a lie! My booking was made only 10 hours ago. SCAM!!! AVOID LUCKY2GO AT ALL COSTS!
SECOND UPDATE: After many emails, I finally received a call. I was told I could take a $38 refund, or I could pay an additional $49.50 to move my flight. I do not trust this company at all and will not pay more money to move my flight to the dates I originally selected - I feel scammed. I took the refund and will NEVER BE USING LUCKY2GO AGAIN!
FINAL UPDATE: I updated my review to 4 stars. I was refunded the full $97! I am very surprised, the communication was very poor but I am incredibly happy with the outcome. If using Lucky2Go, please be careful about booking dates but otherwise, I guess it is trustworthy and viable!!!

I booked a flight. A day later I recieved an email that the booking was canceled. Two days later I recieved an email with a receipt. Got on their website to check and it shows booking was canceled. Tried to access web address to contact and it doesn't load. I'd like to phone someone directly to sort this out but apparently it's an impossibility. SCAM.

We will be LUCKY2SEE YOU GOne
Bought tickets advertised $200 less than competition. Only after final step did the real price show. THEN...I received an email saying it was not enough and they charged $260 more, so no saving at all. THENNNNN... they cancelled the flight "didn't go through"
The fact that companies like this exist and are allowed to be on google is unacceptable! (to put it nicely)
NEVER NEVER
....Margaret, thanks a lot. I did say the price went up, I guess I did not mention that I paid it in full. (prior to the deadline given) This site should really be taken down and I wish there was a form of policing for such rubbish sites. (updated 12/11/23)

I found a great deal on this page via Google Flights - only $654 for my ticket. But, hold on! As soon as I clicked the link, the price skyrocketed to $1,102! That's nearly double the original price. Scam

I booked a trip via this company. The total price was £570. The total amount to pay was £570 but they deducted £637. I called the customer service straightaway expecting them to return the difference immediately but it was a useless phone call. Now after reading the comments, I can understand what happened.
It is unfortunately a scandalous scam! Their aim is to charge you hidden fees without informing you in the application. You will only find out once the money is deducted.
Their customer service is not interested at all in helping you or refunding the hidden fees because apparently that is how they make money! I was hoping to hear back from them but nothing at all for 2 months so far!

This is a Scam Company, what looks like they book a flight on your behalf but then cancells the flight when time comes then says, " We need to wait for Airline confirmation of refund", a common scam practice and Lucky2Go and Esky partakes in. Open a dispute against them immediately and say you never got your service. trust me it's not worth the hassle thinking you're gonna save 50 bucks on a flight. They will NEVER deliver. What's happening behind the scenes is this company operates in Africa, you pay for the flight then they take your money and transfer the money out of their banks into a different bank account. When you finally get the dispute, they already have the money moved somewhere else. It's called dummy bank accounts made with other peoples information. Do not Book they are not a real company and are bunch of scammers.
DO NOT TRUST THE POSITIVE FEEDBACKS. I have verified my identify and photo with trustpilot, as seen with checkmarks, this is not a review bomb nor am I asking you to book with another 3rd party.

I bought a ticket several hours ago. I got payment confirmation, but no booking confirmation. The email came from a no-reply address. The website says "booking in progress". Looks like a fraud.

I booked a flight with this company, for some unprecedented reason I could not fly. I paid £304 for the whole ticket I was offered a refund of only £14.43, what a pathetic joke?
They sounded like very unprofessional with rude behaved people, all they said is oh we can not refund it.
I would suggest to stay away from this company, they seriously con-artists !

From what I can tell, there are legitimate flights booked, but they fail to effectively trouble shoot when a mistake is made (on their part) and the customer service is poor. On October 16, I booked a flight for myself and four month old daughter (as a lap infant) on October 23. I received a ticket with my name and her name on the same ticket number. The reservation code did not work on the Westjet site, so I called WestJet to confirm the flight. They informed me that my daughter needed her own separate infant ticket, even though she was an infant on the lap. Lucky2Go put two names on one ticket instead, and they needed to make the change since it was a third party booking. I let Lucky2Go know that the tickets had to be separated that same day and it has yet to be resolved on October 19. I checked with Westjet to see if any changes had been made, and they confirmed that they had not. We are going on the third day of waiting and have no update. While they do respond right away, anytime I contact them, I receive a generic response that it has been forwarded to the appropriate department, they are working on it, and will be in touch when it is dealt with. The flight is in four days and my baby still does not have a proper ticket, which is incredibly stressful. Based on the repeated, generic response, I do not have confidence it will be dealt with in time. The stress this has caused is not worth the cheaper ticket. I can only hope a solution will be found before my flight on the 23.
