I booked a flight and needed to cancel within 24 hours. They wanted to charge me a 49 dollar fee. This is illegal in the U.S.

BIGGEST SCAM

BIGGEST SCAM. I book my flight they took the payment at the airport the airline told me they never received my payment so I HAD TO REPAY FOR THE FLIGHT AGAIN! I called them and they tried to told me that everything was okay because when they check the reservation I had already paid at the airport. When i ask for a refund they told me that they need to investigate and don’t know how long is gonna take or if I’ll receive my refund. I will never in my life rebook with them ever again. They are trash and their website should be closed.

UPDATE! I didn’t received a danm thing no email and for my return flight i had the same problem so definitely never booking with them!

UPDATE!!! They ask me to paid a 3rd time for the flight or book with an other company to go back home.

Fraudulent website! 🤬

Avoid this website at all cost. This company is good at scamming travellers. I booked a flight from Los Angeles to Miami and when I confirmed it, it overcharged me without my consent. In the receipt, I cannot see what they charged me for in detail. Then, I called the customer service for about the charges. They said they charged me a booking fee and currency transaction fee (which I was not booking any international flight). I got mad and asked for a full refund. They said they will refund me the half of the amount I paid. The website is a scam artist. The google referred me to this fraud company. They should block the website from scamming people. I also paid for the international customer service call. I hate google for referring me to this fraud website. At least, I want a refund for the booking fee because I did not agree and they did not show me before I hit “the book button”.

Honestly, I think this company is a scam. I booked a flight from Fort Lauderdale to Boston and when I confirmed it, it switched the destinations around. I called immediately to ask to switch it and they said that they would have to charge me and also charge me if I wanted a refund. I still haven’t received my refund. I also did not realize that it’s international customer service so now I have over $100 of fees from international calling. I haven’t received any updates from the company. Someone please help me!!

Definitely a scam

I booked a flight on this site and then immediately noticed there were errors with the booking. My name, birthday and travel times were not what I had typed on the previous screen. I called to cancel within 10 minutes of the booking and the company rep told me they would charge me to change my name and birthday. They also charged me $50 to cancel, which is actually illegal in the US (all flights can be cancelled within 24 hours of booking, unless the you booked within a week of the departure date). They also gave me confirmation numbers that the airline’s website said were invalid. Overall I think this website is a scam and that you should stay away!

Said payment failed but was charged anyway

I booked a flight with my debit Visa but it didn't go through because the purchase exceeded my limit. The website said "payment cannot be processed" or similar statement. So I called my bank, raised my limit and booked again. It went through... but so did the FIRST "FAILED" BOOKING. They told me now that they will refund me to my debit visa but that was December 29th. Westjet tells me they do refunds when there's a duplicate booking... so how much longer before I see my money? It's a substantial amount I'm not ready to just overlook and give up. I'll be on this case all year if I have to. I see this is the place to get extra customer service, so I'm leaving this review.

Still haven’t received confirmation code

Is this website legit? I am trying to check in and I still I haven’t received my ticket for Atlanta tomorrow, why are people saying you charge more? And why haven’t I received confirmation code? why would Google make this an option if it is a scam, I should’ve just bought off Spirit, if this is a scam I will be reporting this company

Unreliable and untrust website to book flith

The worst place to book a flight!!!
The wrong confirmation number was given and caused lots of trouble.
The unprofessional and slow representative refused to refund even if the airline policy said yes.
BTW, their phone number is NOT valid.

Super sketchy

Super sketchy. Why do they need your ID number just so you can check in? Even the airline doesn’t ask you for that. I’m surprised no one else has said anything about this. Don’t give them your ID number, a third party website has no business taking down this information. Don’t buy a ticket from them. They have hidden fees. Sure. charge your damn fees. But don’t be secretive about it. This is a horrible website. Never book from third party. The price is a lie, and they are putting your information at risk.

Good to go

I booked my ticket a couple days ago with Lucky2 then tried to verify my confirmation code with the airline app and it did not work.

I came on here and read the reviews and thought I was screwed . But I kept calm, I contacted them and explained that the confirmation # did not register with the airline app.

About 5 hrs later Lucky2 emailed me with the proper confirmation code and everything is good to go 👍

Serious Issues with Booking and Lack of Support - Reservation No. 9936251939

EDIT : LUCKY2GO ANSWERED TO MY COMMENT BUT THE SITUATION HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED

I recently purchased two round-trip tickets from Paris to Tenerife through LUCKY2GO. Unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing, primarily due to issues with the reservation process and customer service.

Invalid Reservation Number: The reservation number (9936251939) provided to me does not work on Transavia's website. This has left me unable to confirm my booking details or make any necessary arrangements for our trip.

Lack of Response from Customer Service: I have tried to contact LUCKY2GO for assistance, but my efforts have been met with silence. The lack of communication and support in resolving this issue is highly concerning and unprofessional.

Anxiety and Uncertainty About Travel Plans: Due to these unresolved issues, I am left in a state of uncertainty and anxiety about my travel plans. This experience has significantly disrupted my preparations and confidence in LUCKY2GO.

Request for Prompt Resolution: I am publicly requesting a prompt and effective resolution to these issues. A company's reputation is largely determined by its customer service, and in this case, LUCKY2GO has fallen short of basic expectations.

I urge LUCKY2GO to address this situation immediately and provide a clear solution. I also caution potential customers to consider my experience when planning their travel arrangements with this company.

Just booked a flight

Just booked a flight. Said it was going to cost $142, while Delta website was $148. After I paid, final cost revealed and was $158!! No way to get hold of them. Website only allows changing dates, not cancelling. No info on cancelling purchase within 24 hours of purchase. Phone number for Poland location only.
