Do not waste your money on this company. They are rip off people. Ordered shrink bags and pump. Bags delivered and no pump. They won’t supply a pump so bags are useless. Won’t offer a refund. DO NOT USE

I purchased 3 forget me not angels as gifts and they do not resemble the picture at all , it looked to be a small glass angel and stated that there was dried forget me not flowers inside , instead they are made of card with painted on flowers

I would give zero stars, but not able.
Bought 2 sets of lights for £40 a set, one works one doesn't, contacted luckflora, accused me or damaging the item, when it is clearly nor damaged just faulty, and the offer £7 for a £40 set of faulty lights, luckily I paid through PayPal, so I will raise a dispute, but be very wary buying anything from this company

Item received, but does not fit, the company refuses to accept a return, they told me I will have to send the item to the factory in China at my own expense! They are absolute charlatans. take my advice - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

They take the mick, oven cleaner in a 10ml bottle, how far do they expect that to go. Absolute 💯 ripoff. Buyers beware

Ordered from this company and all i can say is shocking, goods are not fit for purpose they wont refund so now taking action via my credit card company as they will now deal with this and get my money back

Do not buy from this company as there is no guarantee they will deliver but they will keep the money and refuse to refund even after admitting the parcel has not been delivered.
I ordered one of their products back in November and never receive it. I have been writing to the customer service initially to track the parcel . They adknowledged the parcel never arrived to destination but they insisted I had to pay again the expedition cost for them to send again the item I never received in the first place. After 2 and half month of writing back and forward with the customer service which apparently does no have the authority to refund my money but have the authority to ask me for extra money , I am still waiting for my refund . I feel I have been robbed and they act illegally as they do not take any responsibility for the commercial agreements they make with their customers when taking their money. It is a pity that company like spoils it form many other they are genuine

Scam company, like many other people's reviews on here. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY heated scarf not fit for purpose, returned, sent pictures, explained the fault. No refund or likely to get one. THIS COMPANY MUST BE MAKING A FORTUNE OUT OF SELLING THESE DODGY SCARVES SO PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Bought a heated scarf. rubbish- don't waste your time or money buying one. I emailed to say it didn't work and no reply or refund!

Ordered heated scarves in November 2023 and as at the 3.1.24 it supposedly had arrived in the UK - it is now the 11.1.24 and still no scarves, and impossible to contact Luckflora, they keep trying to redirect you to "the supplier" which doesn't work. These scarves were ordered in November 2023. Not a good experience at all.

I purchased an electric heating scarf for £27.00. I received it without a battery pack to power the heating element. On contacting them I was told you have to purchase that yourself. No mention of this when ordering. A very expensive scarf. Won’t be back !!!

I wish I could give this company minus 5 stars I ordered 4 heated scarves which cost me £61 for Christmas gifts took ages to arrive and when they did they are rubbish they refuse to give me a full refund and have offered me £7 I warn you never use this company they are a scam company I’m a pensioner and £61 is a fortune to me.

Update about electric scarves from Luckflora. The scarves arrived eventually, they have a very thin wire that is situated in the back area of the scarf, there is no battery that keeps a charge so the internal wire cools very quickly and the heat is negligible. Definitely not worth the money, and not as described. I would take my money back but you are just on an electronic box ticking process that gets you nowhere. No opportunity for returns or claims. Will be interesting if they contact me through trust pilot.... I want my money back!

Would like to give minus five star!! Ordered 3 scarves took ages to arrive, too late to give as Christmas presents - but that turned out to be a good thing as they are rubbish!! Hardly any heat, no charger !! Tried to contact company but no good!!

Ordered 2 heated scarves, several weeks and emails later i get them on 29th Dec. charged one, the heat is dismal and covers a small amount of the tiny scarf. Contacted them and sent photos, I want a refund for a rubbish product. they are refusing. won't be using them again

Took weeks to arrive and then didn't work. Trying to contact anyone is a waste of time as there is no phone number/call centre. Rubbish item and no after service. Steer well clear of this company.

Ordered heated scarf, does not work. 6 weeks later still trying to get a refund or copy of returns policy. They have offered £2 refund maximum. Wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering!

Horrendous experience order is from USA scarf arrived but did'nt switch on they just put you through a different agency to solve the problem that they don't solve never again avoid

Avoid this company!!! Luckflora are just a distribution company if you have problem like I did they send you a link to deal with suppliers directly. These suppliers are useless. They put the emphasis on you returning the product to a foreign country at high prices so you don’t do it. My order incomplete & when I challenged this they shut you off the chat wishing you a happy life. It’s a total waste of money you will get no where with this company it’s not right that they are allowed to do this & are still trading.
