Oh dear! How I wish I’d read the reviews first before ordering. Tiny sizing, absolutely shabby fabric and nothing like the photo. I can kiss goodbye to a refund as I’ve heard nothing from them. I wouldn’t even put the clothing in the dog’s bed it’s such poor quality

Wish I had read all these other reviews before I ordered ! Terrible quality coat that was much too small . As mentioned many times there is absolutely no way to return goods to them . No reply to emails or contact from filling in the form on their website. Now stuck with substandard goods and no chance of a refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY !

Exactly the same as others- wanted to return item (cheap fabric, not as pictured) and no one has replied to my 3 emails.

Fake company total scam. Still chasing a refund for last 4 months no reply but have taken my money for a tin foil outfit!!!! Shocking disgrace😡

Absolutely rubbish customer service products awful quality and when you try and return they blank you don't buy anything from this site

Do not order from this company trading as williams-london.com. Total scam. Located in Asia. Refusing to reply to emails about a return. Have escalated via PayPal and have received threatening emails in return.

What can I say. I wanted to return a jacket cos it was too small. Followed the return procedure and was asked to send a photo, which I did. Someone called
Julia e-mailed me back offering 30 percent refund and I could keep the jacket. I refused this offer as I wanted a full refund. I've not heard back from them despite sending at least 10 more emails. Absolute joke. I can only put this down to experience and wave goodbye to my £40. Wish I had read the reviews first!

Do not buy from here. Item is awful quality and the sizes are ridiculous. I have been emailing them for about 2 months asking how to return for a refund. I am now going to report them.

Terrible product, poor quality dress is of very badly made and looks like a potato sack. Have been emailing and using the contact form on website but getting nowhere. No replies and still no returns details sent to me. Shocking and will try to take this to consumer rights and see if my bank can help. Anyone who has had responses, any suggestions on how to make that happen. Do not buy from here

Totally agree with all the previous comments, items ordered are of a terrible quality and was either way to big or extremely small, absolutely no contact back despite several emails requesting to proceed with a refund.
Only wish I had seen these comments before ordering.

This is a scam running to make money. Ordered adidas track pants and as per their tracking it’s already been delivered and it’s not been delivered yet. Tried contacting sender via email and local number but no response. This site should be banned

Sadly I am reading the reviews on here too late. Ordered a jacket that was too small and bad quality. Asked for a refund. They asked me to send photos and then stopped replying to my messages. It’s a scam company and can not be trusted. Do not buy from them.

Exactly the same problems as all these other people. Can we form an action group and take them to court. They shouldn’t be allowed to get away with it. Contacted Citizens Advice who told me to contact UK ICC. Still awaiting a reply. So annoyed with Loxinova.

Do not buy. Terrible company. I wish to return and item and it seems impossible. Avoid at all costs.

Having been trying to retun for weeks. They initially replied asking me to photograph the jacket before returning which i did and 3 emails sent to them since with no reply.
I am absolutely raging.
Please do not waste your money by purchasing anything from them. They are CROOKS!!!!

Absolutely shocking scamming company!! I ordered a dress the quality tiny sizing everything about it was awful, I have sent a number of emails asking for an address to return, they come back with counter offers like a partial refund & discount off your next purchase! I won’t be ever ordering off this company again

I cannot express enough how truly awful this brand are. I ordered myself a co-ord set in an XL for holiday which came and could not even get over my leg baring in mind I ordered one size UP! My sister who is a size 10 tried on my XL CO-ORD and it barely even fit her. Absolute shambles. Awful, cheap material. Sent them an email to say I would like a refund label and they have now completely ignored me for a month straight. I WISH i read the reviews before ordering. NEVER buy from this company, their clothes are nothing as pictured. if i could give -10 stars I would.
