Great experience at claims time
Great experience at claims time. Thank you team at Loxa for helping me with my appliance claim. Everything was resolved within days and I am really happy I added insurance to my appliance sold by eCatering.

I bought a sofa which broke within a…
I bought a sofa which broke within a couple of weeks. I contacted loxa and they said they will deal with it. 10 days later I contacted again and was informed that my policy has not been validated and I have not been in contact.
Why was this not dealt with at first contact? I am very confused
This is incorrect and silly response from loxa. I provided the details and my claim was found on the day. I spoke with someone on the day on the phone. 10 days later I did so again and again my details were validated although no record of my previous discussion. Then again in this review you have managed to find my details and set me up, this has been done 3 times and you keep going back to the start, preventing any claim being made

This has now been corrected. We’ve added your email to our system, sent your policy documents, and shared your details with our claims partner so they can update their records. Once this update is confirmed, you’ll be able to submit a claim in line with the policy terms.
