They were very good especially Ellie the one that dealt with my issue with the car and got it all sorted for me can not fault them what so ever so thank you.

My experience was great. My car of preference was above what I had budgeted for it. Low Rate Car Finance was approached by the car dealer on my behalf on Sun 03/05.

After I completed the assessment questionnaire, my loan application was approved within minutes, far quicker than I had imagined. Also, the initial paperwork to read and sign came through to me really quickly on Tue 05/4. (Sunday was weekend & Mon 04/5 was bank holiday, so offices closed.)

Subsequent paperwork took slightly longer to come through, though that may not have been unrelated to the backlog that may arisen from Bank Holiday Monday 04/05.

All in all, it was an impressive service from Low Rate Car Finance. Their staff, Paige and Dan were supportive all the way. And I am glad that I have got a car of my choice, thanks to their support.

I will gladly go back to this company for Finance in future, if need be.

Superb experience with Low car finance, Decided I wanted to go back into self employment & made a very rapid decision without planning or saving much to do it & Dean helped me massively getting a van sorted with my financial status to get back on the road. It felt like didn't have to do anything!! Just had to tell dean the situation & pretty much had a van of my choice ready to rock and roll a week later. Highly recommend 💯
