Don't know - won't know for another 24-48 hours. Returns and finding long overdue orders are a hassle and your way of dealing with them is taking business away from me. It used to be so easy to do business with you, now I am looking for other avenues.

These guys are great very responsive. I ordered an obscure laundry coin box key was initially sent an incorrect one and with just an email the next one was on its way I would call that great customer service. I was able to do that all through there link that they already provided, which made it super easy for an old man.🥸

While the price for a temp control switch for my washer was better than others online, it only worked for 3 loads than died.

Between paying for the restocking fee and the return shipping, it's hardly worth the return.

I will say it was a genuine OEM part, and the shipping was faster than originally told.

Never, ever buy anything from this distributor!!! You'll receive a substandard product that's not the same as the advertised brand, and they don't offer refunds or exchanges. This is a truly disgusting, lousy company. Their customer service is the worst.

Unfortunately, well fortunately for me, the old ice maker started working again so the replacement was not needed. I am currently in the process of arranging for return and hope LOW is as efficient processing the return request as they were on filling the order.
