Kiran is the GOAT ( Greatest of all time) of Lowdhams Service Centre. He has a fantastic memory, remembers customers and jobs, he just gets things sorted, he listens, his go to narrative is to help and not to blame us when something goes wrong, he ensures enough detail is added to jobs needing done and facilitates the van from check in to check out. Long may he continue to do a fantastic job. Thank you Kiran, you are a star!🌟

Aftersales service is shocking.

I am writing this in June. My motorhome has been in their workshop since January. I had previously spent almost £1000 on a service so I expected no issues.

Communication has been at best suboptimal, but better described as dishonest and difficult. Nobody returns calls or responds to emails. I would call the service department and they would not answer the phone when they saw my number.

After emailing the Chairman and Managing Director there was some movement but this again has stopped. Amusingly, there is a recorded message when you are on ‘call waiting’, explaining how the MD is designing motorhomes…a man who apparently does not have access to a telephone.

Ultimately the Sales Director was put on the case. But communication has dried up with him too.

Please exercise caution if considering spending money with this organisation. If you have an issue you will be ignored and abandoned.

I have investigated Lowdhams and I am certainly not the only case.

I feel like taking my van and trailer with a giant A-board to all the trade shows, to warn people of what happens when you deal with Lowdhams.

Performed at Lowdhams 60th and the staff were so kind, the customers were having a fantastic time, the food was amazing. Really enjoyed myself and grateful to have been asked to perform. Hopefully see you at the next one!

Lowdhams 60th Celebration- what a weekend !

We just wanted to say thank you again to all the Lowdhams team for a fabulous weekend celebrating Lowdhams 60 years in the business.

We don’t know how we were lucky enough to be invited, but are very pleased we were. The whole weekend was a lot of fun, from the choices in entertainment (whoever had the imagination and guts to book the Drag Bingo act - sheer genius, they were hilarious) to the great variety of music, culminating in the Crazy Apes, to the soggy music Treasure hunt and Dog Show - just fabulous. Add to this the food available was a great choice too - bacon, sausage and egg cob for breakfast, perfect hangover cure

The Lowdhams team did a wonderful job, they all deserve a mahoosive pat on the pack for all the time and effort they put into making it a success.

We have our fingers crossed for an invite to the next celebration 🤞🤞

We had a fantastic weekend celebrating the 60th Anniversary with Lowdham's. Made new friends, the entertainment was brilliant the food and venue was great. Hats off to all the staff/Marshalls they made us feel welcome were on hand 24/7 always with a smile. We hope you make this event a yearly one as we would love to go again :)

Just celebrated Lowdhams 60th birthday weekend and can honestly say it was a great weekend, from the entertainment, food and games etc to the staff and helpers that made it so successful, was lovely to see all the old photos playing on the screens, lots of customers enjoying themselves with free camping etc and a fabulous Saturday evening with fancy dress and great entertainers. Wow well done to you all.xx

60 th celebration weekend. My husband and I , mr and Mrs Larkin came to the weekend with twin sister and husband mr and Mrs whittards and we all thought the whole weekend was amazing. Everything was thought out so well and everyone so friendly. It was well thought about and so much fun and entertainment and food was brilliant. A massive thankyou to Lowdhams for putting on such a memorable weekend . The only down fall was it went to quick 🤣👍

Very good staff and a credit to the company. Good all round service.

The team made the weekend a great event.
The food (some of it complimentary) was very good, the bar was welcome & reasonably priced.
The entertainment was very good (especially the very funny Drag Bingo).
The toilet block was kept very clean & functional all weekend, a big plus👍
We had a highly enjoyable weekend & look forward to the next 👍👍

What an absolutely fantastic weekend celebrating Lowdhams 60th Anniversary everything was brilliant from start to finish fabulous food, entertainment all the staff were fantastic and worked so hard to put this together… we absolutely love our Swift Voyager Xtra 60 year’s edition Motorhome we picked up in March with its unique graphics it certainly feels special to us *****

Lowdhams made ordering our dream motorhome a very pleasant experience from ordering to handover. Kevin Holmes was our contact and we cannot thank him enough for a super service throughout the whole process. I wholeheartedly would recommend this company for anyone wishing to purchase a new or second motorhome or caravan. Thank you again Lowdhams

From my initial contact with Lowdham, to 'cutting the deal' and then to delivery of my motorhome, (all through Chris Newboult) I have found the service provided to be reassuring and very good.

Fantastic range of vehicles and Barry was very helpful.

The professional and helpful service of Jamie Middup (Camper Sales Exe) from the initial viewing through to handover was exemplary. Jamie made the process easy and friendly and supported us at every stage. We couldn't have asked for more.

We noticed water under the skylight in our motorhome that we got from Lowdhams 3 weeks ago. As we were going there for a coffee anyway this morning I popped into the service centre expecting to have to make an appointment to have the skylight looked at. After explaining the problem to Kiran he took the keys and said they would get someone to have a look and sure enough, after about an hour he rang to say it was fixed.
I cannot rate the service I received high enough, well done and thanks to Kiran and the service team.

Brilliant handover for our new caravan and everything explained very clearly.
The caravan was ready on the date agreed with the extras fitted. The caravan was undercover in case it was raining.
Checked that I had hitched it correctly before driving.

Had a fantastic two days at the Lowdhams 60th celebration weekend, the company we mingled with, all the staff and the family members, entertainment, food and drink was second to none. We just want to say one big thank you to everyone 👏👏 T&K

Great service from Lowdhams..Had issue with cab aircon. Kiran got it sorted same day for me. Absolutely Brilliant! Also massive thanks to the guys at Bingham tech facility. Outstanding..Thanks everyone.

We purchased a Swift Carrera 194 from Lowdhams after looking at lots of different options, and we love it. Lowdhams have an extensive showroom, with a wide range of vehicles. Barry was very helpful and gave us lots of advice and guidance to help us make the right choice. Communication was very good and whole order process very efficient. When we collected our vehicle Shirley spent a long time with us explaining all of the features.
