The idea and concept is very good, however the app itself needs to be reviewed and corrected. Has a lot of bugs and sometimes closes itself or updates the page during loading and does not show any result.

I have emailed 4 times asking for my subscription to be cancelled and refunded as per their instructions and have not even heard back. I very much suspect this company is a scam and should be avoided completely. I have a large Instagram following that will be hearing about this awful experience.

Good but expensive
I think it’s absolutely amazing it scans your face etc and tells what you need. But doesn’t tell you about eye creams… which is a must! Regarding the products they recommend are very expensive compared to what’s online. I’ve just saved half what they wanted me to spend.
