Ordered the camouflage jacket with sequins in may . Was given an estimate of beginning of june -end of june . It came past the last date . When I opened it , the jacket stunk of chemicals and felt so cheap and looked very cheap too.
Certainly not worth £60 that I paid .
I’m now battling to get a refund from this company after paying £4.80 to return it !!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY-very poor!

Love the outfit, fits perfectly. Only downside took a long time to come, over 4 weeks +

Quality of products are excellent however took 4 weeks for the item to be delivered

I ordered in May and although i was told the item should arrive by June, its now mid July and still not arrived.
When i contacted them to enquire they told me now its out of their hands and down to me to chase with royal mail!
I tried to check using the tracking code they gave me and that didnt even work. Have emailed again and not had a reply.
Hope the item is better than the customer service, if it ever turns up !

Hiya. I've just received my item of clothing and I'm really disappointed. I checked the reviews on here before ordering and I think the majority are fake. It has only just arrived today when it was supposed to be delivered mid June. I had to chase and chase, eventually all communication stopped. It was extremely crumpled and the finish was terrible. I had to cut off little plastic bits all the way along the zip To get it to work. It smells strongly of chemicals and the edging seams are incredibly rough. There is no label from your company inside or any washing instructions. To be honest it looks like it has been mass produced in an overseas factory aka Wish or Shein standard. Definitely not worth £45. Due to the lack of communication so far I am not confident that If I return it to you I will get my money back.

Absolutely shocking customer service!!! Nearly a month n still not received my item, I've had one message back during this time, do not order from this site!!!!!!!!

I hate writing bad reviews as I was so looking forward to my delivery but i ordered a jacket on 25th may then received a shipped on 16th june better late than never !
Tracking number not recognised received a message to say they have no control over shipment .
Its just not good enough if the tracking number was legitimate it would show up .
I now think i've been scammed looks like i'll leave it to the bank to sort out .
Beware other reviews like this are correct

Absolutely awful customer service. No item, no returns, no response to my messages. Unfortunately just another Instagram scam.

Terrible customer service, despite multiple messages, my item was only sent after I began requesting a refund from Clearpay.
Poor communication and the items are cheaply made and being shipped from Hong Kong, these aren’t unique items either, I found the exact same coat I purchased on wish.com so I highly doubt the “these items are hand made” claim.
Avoid, it’s really not worth the headache.

Much faster delivery than expected as had read some pretty bad reviews and started to panic! Received today and love the jacket so very pleased, however there is definitely a problem with order numbers/tracking as their website said my order didn't exist and the tracking number wasn't recognised by the Royal Mail website until it was actually delivered... No replies to e-mails either...

I originally ordered 4 T-shirts in early Feb, had to chase, they eventually arrived in March but were the wrong size (apparently they have a new supplier). I sent them back and they promised replacements in early April. I chased on 21/4, 27/4, 20/5, 3/6, 10/6. They've had different excuses but in a nutshell the T-shirts didn't arrive. On 12 June they messaged to say the T-shirts would be shipped on Monday 14. Needless to say I'm still waiting. I contacted them again on 29 June, 3 July and today but no response. I've asked for a refund. I've been really patient because I thought - up and coming company need the support. BIG MISTAKE. They've basically just taken my money and are now pretending I don't exist! Who does that?! I've made so many efforts to contact them so they can explain what the delay is and how they plan to resolve things. I obviously won't be buying from them again.
I've checked Companies House and they are still active so DON'T BE FOOLED THEY'RE A SHODDY OUTFIT. Dishonest, appalling customer service, poor business sense.

Ordered items - took over a month to arrive. Too late for when I needed the order so returned. No refund £96!!! Said it would take 7-10 days but one month later nothing!! Does not reply to emails….

My wardrobe instantly is looking sheek :D every item k bought so far was insane and customer service absolutely amaising.

Although the Jacket I purchased took a while to be delivered, when It arrived I was impressed at the quality, it was really thick denim and beautifully made. I would definitely order from this company again.

Very well made and true to size, this is the 3rd purchase I have made and I am very happy with them all Thank you YaaYaa!!

Placed an order on 18th June. Paid postage and it was not even shipped until 28th June. No communication from them whatsoever. Sizing is way off I ordered a 10-12 which is a large. And it really is a large. It’s huge on my body and hangs off me. Let alone the fact the product is from China and seems cheap in material. Not impressed won’t be back and the customer service when asking when my parcel will be shipped is awful, Instagram, phone numbers and emails and nobody replied. Overpriced and could’ve got better in a local primark.

I placed an order on 5th June, didn’t receive an email confirmation about the order. When I chased this over 10 days later, the company had no details of my order. After a few Facebook messages exchanges, the order was sent out. What a disappointment, the camouflage jacket looked nothing like the picture on the website and it was extremely poor quality. I’ve asked for a refund, I’ve yet to receive a response about how I get this considering I haven’t received an order number ( as they couldn’t find the original order) and there was no invoice with the package. I would not recommend ordering from this company. Very poor customer service.
