I have ordered an item over a week ago. Paid in full, not heard nothing since. No tracking details and I have emailed 3 times and no response. DO NOT ORDER. I will be putting warning on all social media out lets that this company is a con!
This company really are so unprofessional. I ordered a necklace for my son’s birthday. When he opened it, one of the stones was missing. I contacted EMBOS who told me to return the item. I paid £10 to ship the necklace Royal Mail special delivery. They received it on January 14th and since then have ignored all of my emails. I’ve had to initiate a chargeback on my debit card. Absolute joke of a company.

You don’t get no response from customer service, do not recommend ordering from here. Received my order but an item was missing, they had sent the missing item out after days of being ignored. I had noticed they had reduced the price of everything that I had ordered from their website so I had requested a partial refund as it’s unfair to pay more for the same thing only a few days after ordering, not heard anything after sending my email on the 8th of September. The first time I didn’t hear back was apparently due to a system issue, can’t imagine it’s the same problem again.
