Ignore negative comments
After reading the negative comments around delivery times I was nervous. However it took approx 3 weeks- arrived in perfect condition (you need to wait a few days once receiving the Royal Mail code for them to process it through their system to allow you to check it) the dress is exactly as it was on the picture - I am really happy with the product and will be ordering again come pay day.
If you are willing to wait to get your products then order what you like - but if your not, don’t leave negative comments… it’s not fair on this business.

Order did not arrive and no reply to messages
First leather belt order took around three weeks but item was high quality and well made so I ordered a second one after receiving a discount code. Eight weeks later I have not received it and had no reply to six messages sent by text, email and contact form. Wish I'd seen the other negative reviews before placing order.

I have had 2 jackets from Love yaya with one not turning up when it should have but they have been absolutely fantastic and sent another jacket out, they have answered all of my emails quickly and just overall a really nice team with excellent customer service and to top it off the jackets are beautiful. Would not even give one star, Terrible customer service , jacket faulty , asked to return so i requested a prepaid label as already returned once at cost of £9.00 , went to post office and still said i had to pay so emailed them again to once again get no reply. It has been 9 months now and still no response just left with a faulty jacket and about 20 unread messages and no response on Instagram. avoid ordering from loveyaya
