First time i ordered it was perfect no issues but Horrible experience second time around i wouldn't recommend. To anyone paid for next day shipping Tuesday its now Thursday and I was told to just wait because its somehow going to be delivered today from across the states could have simply have been refunded my $25.99 since its obviously not within the 24 hour time frame. No I was ignored. I will never order from here again don't have to worry about me.

Was delivered fast, and in time. Payment was easy and shipping was reasonable. Products came out great except for a toy bag that just kinda ripped open. It was fairly inexpensive so I'm not too bummed. Other than that, would highly recommend.

I bought the Aurora purple rechargeable extra powerful wand vibrator and I left it on charge all day yesterday and and all night and it’s still on red!! Very disappointed

I didnt receive my product. After beeing in contact with the delivery company I've contacted lovehoney 2 times. The first time i kindly asked them to track the parcel themselves and i got no reply. The second time, 2 weeks after my first complaint and well after the normal handling time of 5 to 7 days in love honeys policy (judge yourself if you want to sit and wait a week for a reply) I asked for a refund, still no answere.
Shoping online nowdays feels safe and unproblematic but this was a stark reminder that a company can just stone wall your attempts at contact. So this is the last time i shop here and this review stays refund or no refund - dont get burnt, there are other serious companies out there that provide the same products.

Extra stretchy making them easy to get on and off...and they work!

This company is just a website, all warehousing, packing and delivery is handled by Amazon.
And because it's Amazon you can receive items that have been previously returned like a very expensive spreader bar that had been delivered yesterday, box was already opened, it had already been returned by someone else and it was missing a component.
So onto Lovehoney website to eventually find an awful AI agent who got my order number wrong, it said any problem was MY fault and by the time the stupid machine worked out I needed to speak to someone it said "everyone is busy" an email ticket was raised.
Received an email saying that tickets will be answered in 5-7 DAYS!
This is awful customer service when something goes wrong and if I knew they used Amazon I would never would have gone near them.

quick and careful shipping, its also very discrete ! comfortable, powerful, and quality product for relatively cheap. will be buying more products from them in the future :)

I returned two unopened items that I changed my mind about. I have yet to receive my refund.

Update:
Customer service reached out and resolved my issue. I’ve been a customer with them for well over ten years and they are always prompt about resolving issues. Their products, which are very high end, are backed by a year warranty.

If I could give this seller negative reviews I would! What I ordered was the wrong size, asked for an exchange or refund but just because the tag is off (still have the box and tags that came in and on it) they still wouldn’t take back! Can’t wear what I ordered so money is wasted!!! Don’t order from these people!

One of the items ( clothing ) ripped almost immediately, which was disappointing, but maybe it’s just the nature of the style and material. All else was fine.

The pump I purchased does not work it broke after trying to use it once.

Prompt processing and shipping allowed me to receive the product in just a few days. Website easy to use. Good quality.

I ordered it second day. You shipped it using a carrier that passed it off to USPS. I'm not set up to receive them, which is why I paid the extra money to have it sent by a private carrier. There must be some way to order from you that doesn't end up being delivered by the post office.

Lovehoney had the best price and shipped my order very fast. Received in a well packaged discrete box, which was perfect. The product arrived in perfect conditions with not a single damage. Greatly recommended Lovehoney.

I bought some lingerie (not underwear) and requested a refund and they have not bothered to respond. You should not have to specifically request a refund if something doesn’t fit.
