Sent to wrong address and no resolution
My order was delivered to the wrong house. Upon reaching out to customer service, they said there was nothing they could do because the correct address was not given at the time of the order. I auto save my address so it was correct when I placed the order. This was a huge mistake somewhere along the line. Regardless, I will NOT be shopping with LH again. Too many other companies who ARE willing to assist with maters such as this.

The address on the order is also shown on the confirmation and dispatch emails before the order is delivered. As we were not contacted until this had been delivered, we were not able to assist with redirecting this.

Bought a lush melt 2. It didnt work properly so I emailed about returning it. Never got a response. I went on the website again to chat with a live agent. It took 15 minutes for them to respond to my question. They asked me if I wanted to return it for a store credit, and I said no. Even though it had only been 10 days they wouldnt let me get a refund. I told him to let me speak to supervisor and he closed the chat. I messaged back and got a different "expert". We mysteriously got disconnected. I am tired of messing with this company and wont buy anything else.

As per our returns policy, items cannot be returned for a refund once opened. The voucher was offered under our 100 Day Pleasure Guarantee policy, which allows you to return 1 item per order that has been opened and you are not satisfied with.
Regarding the live chat interactions, we apologise for any delays and understand how frustrating that can be. It appears the chat may have been affected by a connection issue, as our team did not intentionally end the conversation.

Won’t be buying from Lovehoney again
I accidentally left off the discount code and was charged the full price. I realized it at the time of purchase but customer service told me there was no way to cancel the order or receive the discount after the fact. That is a ridiculous and customer unfriendly policy. I won’t be buying from Lovehoney again.
In response to the Company’s reply, I would suggest you consider modernizing your systems instead of placing the burden on the customer to return orders. I don’t know of any other reputable company that can’t adjust billing post-purchase.

First time i ordered it was perfect no issues but Horrible experience second time around i wouldn't recommend. To anyone paid for next day shipping Tuesday its now Thursday and I was told to just wait because its somehow going to be delivered today from across the states could have simply have been refunded my $25.99 since its obviously not within the 24 hour time frame. No I was ignored. I will never order from here again don't have to worry about me.
