Everything clear ...and went well. Flights changed with TUI not suitable- phoned love holidays told me what to do and was able to cancel and re book - full refund given for first booking

We had Francisco serving us on the beach for the entire holiday (7days) - he is the best! If you go to planet Hollywood in Cancun - ask for Francisco, you won’t be disappointed!

I always use LH for my getaways
I always use LH for my getaways. Very easy app and booking process. Paying per month for a holiday in advance makes the cost manageable over a year. Tried other platforms and my loyalty lies with LH.
