Loveholidays cancelled my holiday without letting me know
Loveholidays failed to take my last payment due to a system error. Did not notify me of the issue and cancelled my whole holiday without notification. I only found about it being cancelled after contacting the hotel 2 days before my travel to put me in my favourite room, to be told I'm not on the system for any date with them. Upon contacting Loveholidays about the issue, I was told repeatedly there was an error on the Loveholidays side for not taking the payment and not sending any notifications about it. Instead, I received an email a week before my holiday reminding me of my holiday taking place in 7 day's time and to get ready. Even though my holiday was already cancelled without any warning. My hotel reservation was gone at that point and could not be reinstated. This whole ordeal led to a massive complaint being put forward with your company. You ruined a family holiday, my family waited 12 months for (4 days before we were flying out). It is an absolute disgrace. If I hadn't contacted the hotel directly about the room preference I would have found out at the airport my holiday was cancelled with three children in tow!!! I am beyond angry and heartbroken, having been on multiple holidays with your company, cannot believe you would cancel someone's holiday overnight without sending any communication about it!

My flight was cancelled , no notice, shocking service.
My flights were cancelled at least a week ago, customer service only noticed when when I tried to book plane extras, it wouldn't let me., So I contacted Sun Express Airlines who said I wasn't in their system. after phoning Love holidays they said my flight were cancelled for my package holiday and I would be contacted urgently to ensure my flights were sorted ai had stated I am disabled and need my support with me and its peak time on planes that are being filled up to concentrate flights. 2 days on, no call, no messages. Flights still on "manage my Bookings"Terrible support for disabled passengers. But for pure luck I could of booked expensive transfer for disabled, but the booking wouldn't confirm. So I diidnt pay for transfer, pure luck. So let down.

Toxic smells in my room
Toxic smells in my room. Where do I start. Everything went well to start flights all on time arrived at the hotel and that's when it started. They appeared not to expect us and we had to go on a tour of multiple peoples rooms before we got to ours. Upon getting to our room we could smell sewage smells and reported this instantly. They told us to check back in the next day at 12pm which I did they then told me to come back at 2 o clock and they said they would sort a new room out no problem. Guess what nothing is being sorted just being passed around now and I expect this to continue. The terrace rooms door rattle everytime their is an event on for some reason our room literally smells of pooh. I even tried the love holiday app and some call feature. Guess what no one answers and you have no option to speak to anyone. When I get back I will be raising a payment dispute with my banks I used to pay for this service or worst case a small money claim to get my money back this is a joke after spending 3k and stuck in a smells stinky dirty room. It's an absolute disgrace with a young family. Even worse my wife told me only today they called her the day after booking they charged her another £100 because the flights had changed so we had to pay more. Bearing in mind if we changed our mind we wouldn't have got a refund because everything is already booked apparently. They acted like the did us a favour at the time as it was supposed to be more. I really wish I read reviews before booking massive mistake.

I love booking with love holidays. I find what they offer in terms of quality of the hotels and price is really good. They offer payment plans to pay for your holidays which is an added bonus. They keep you updated with your payment plan and are always sending you other holidays. The system love holidays use is easy and simple to use and understand. I would definitely recommend Love Holidays.
