Booked through love holidays
Booked through love holidays , unfortunately I've had to cancel due to a unexpected health issue where I have to have surgery ,they payed me some of the money back and have been told to make a claim through the holiday insurance company that they used for my booking,the company they use (who I've also wrote a review form) are a scam comany,if you decide to use love holiday get separate holiday insurance ,I've contacted love holiday to get the rest of my money back or issue me a holiday voucher so I can rebook when I've recovered from surgery ,if they don't I'll take legal action and report them to the ombudsman ,I find it shocking that you don't get your money back for flights when you have to to cancel a holiday (the airlines will resale my seat)! Absolute con !!!!
