10/10 super easy to book. Confirmations were sent straight away. Had regular contact to make suee of any changes as well as helpful tips

I contacted Love Holidays after being told by a representative the previous day that I would be able to make a name change on my booking with either no fee or a reduced fee. When I contacted them again to arrange this, I was then told that this was not something they offer at all.

As I had been given completely different information on consecutive days, I requested to speak to a manager for clarification. Unfortunately, the representative, Natanil, refused to arrange this and provided several conflicting explanations. During the conversation I was told that customer service did not deal with the matter, that no managers were available, that managers communicated via live chat, and later that managers do not use live chat. I was even told it was “physically impossible” to speak to a manager.

If managers do not speak directly to customers, that should be explained clearly and consistently. Instead, I was given contradictory information throughout the conversation, making it impossible to understand the actual escalation process or get a clear answer regarding my booking.

The most frustrating part is not simply being told that a name change could not be arranged, but being told one thing by Love Holidays on one day and something completely different the next, while also being denied any meaningful opportunity to escalate the issue to a manager.

Customers deserve accurate information, transparency, and a clear complaints procedure. Unfortunately, my experience fell well below those expectations.

Easy to book , all straight forward

Very disappointed with my experience and shall not be using Love holidays again! Booked and paid in full only to have to chase three days later to see if holiday was confirmed then to be told one of our flights had been over booked and asked to pay additional fee. After paying for this I then found that the seats had not been allocated, We have two special needs children and this was again very stressful to rush and pay another fee to sit together. I’m now very nervous about how the trip is going to go. Not a happy customer!

Always an easy site to book with

It was quick and easy to book but to change one of our flight ras impossible we had to do it ourselves and pay the difference

Was so easy to book. The process goes through each part of your holiday enabling you to make choices for flights, hotel/room, extras etc, clearly shown pricing that made the whole booking easy to follow. Pricing compared to others was also very comparable if not better with lots of holiday options to suit every traveller.

The booking process was straightforward, easy, and well-designed. No hidden prices, and I received all my confirmations a few minutes after I booked my holiday. I love that everything was clearly explained, that there was information on emergency contacts and other contact details in case you needed to reach out to a team member, and that the prices were reasonable!

Very cheap - I was worried as don't normally use love holidays but price wise fantastic and I would use again. Service was fine and everything went well.

Just back from a family trip to the Barcelona coast, booked through Loveholidays. The absolute standout feature for us was the ability to spread the cost over 12 months, which made budgeting for a family holiday so much easier.
The package was excellent value, and everything from the flights to the transfers ran completely like clockwork. The hotel we stayed at was fantastic, with amazing food and brilliant staff. Aside from a minor technical glitch during online check-in, the whole experience was hassle-free. Would definitely book through them again!
