What an absolute joke!!
What an absolute joke!!! Customer service is beyond a joke, due to fly in 13 days and they can't decide if my flight has actually been rescheduled or my holiday cancelled in full!!! Not one person has a clue, tried calling, chat, instagram and LinkedIn to get a straight answer not a bloody clue. Sat here wondering if I have pack for my holiday or not!!!! Please for the love of god can someone help!

athey used pictures from a different hotel (far nicer than the one they have actually booked for me)
I've called them 4 times..hours on the phone, they confirmed I'm correct but are refusing to change my holiday or put me through to a manager!!!

Booking was easy and straightforward
My son actually booked this on my behalf using all my details, so I received the confirmation emails etc. It all seems to be straight forward. I'm now looking forward to this trip and hoping that my holiday goes smoothly from here on in 🤞

Love using loveholidays. Have had 2 trips in the last 12 months with no hassle whatsoever. Have just booked my 3rd trip. The app is so easy to use, you can pay by instalments too and everything you need is right where you need it. Highly recommended
