This is just dealing with their booking system. They are impossible to deal with, and incredibly rude. I asked to check that the room had twin beds, quite simply, and they have put the price up by over £150. 00 saying that the holiday had to be rebooked and at a new price. On their website the same holiday is advertised at exactly the same price as we first saw it. It is scandalous!!
Also, the deposit system states that the holiday can be cancelled up until the 17th December, but later they tell you that you would still have to pay for the flights.
