One of the worst agents so far.
1:they pay you for 5 stars ratings, and this is very concerning about their service.
2: so freaking slow service, if you order a product, it will be accepted in warehouse maybe after 2 weeks if you are lucky.
3: there is NO SUPPORT. If you contact the customer service they just tell you to be patient or that they will solve the problem asap, doing nothing to solve it. If you want to solve a problem in 1 day it is impossible my brother. They give you 1 reply a day. So to have a full conversation you have to wait at least 2 weeks to know what is happening. Going back to other agents.

I couldn't track my package as expected, and the agents were unable to provide the information in a timely manner when I needed it. The service and customer support have declined, making me consider switching to another provider.

I just think a lot before my first order.
And I wait a lot because of a seller problem, and service customer carrying me! Protect me ! And was so Quick to give me response 🔥
I recommand Lgb at my friend, but just, I warn you, to find a Nice product before ordering !

This company is 100% legit i have ordered about 3 hauls and they came perfect support team to .

I ordered a hua cheng cosplay, I paid for the cosplay and for shipping, but they sent the package without a description and the Brazilian post office did not authorized it which is the correct procedure because every order must have a description. The post office sent it back and it was destroyed, now they don't want to give me my money back and say I have to pay everything all over again if I want them to send another one, which is so unfair because the mistake was not mine, because I was not responsible for the description. If you're brazilian i do not recomend, the person i talked to was very polite but they couldn't fix the issue and now I've lost almost 600 reais.

After lurking for a period of time and seeing the great buys made by others, I finally placed my first order on 12/31/24.
After understanding the process from order to, receiving into warehouse to shipping was please when my first order arrived and the products exceeded my expectation. Have since placed additional orders and all in from order to receiving has been about 2 weeks >
Made additional orders with more to come.

Maybe best and easiest website to use

Lost a customer! The first 2 orders were delivered although they don’t take care of the items when packing no protective box or anything shoes came with dents and the boxes weren’t even salvageable. Now I have a pair of shoes stuck in limbo for the last 2 weeks that hasn’t even made it to usps. I’ve put in 2 support tickets and all they do is show me the tracking which I have and tell me to “be patient” lol what a joke …I’m back at Basetao where I know things get done the RIGHT WAY..don’t waste your money on Love Go Buy

This company pays for 5 star reviews. They lied to me repeatedly about shipping my order and still haven’t after 2 weeks. Now they’re asking for more money before they ship. I paid for shipping and I’m being extorted for more money. There are many better options out there.

Products that you paid for were not delivered, and on their Discord they pay you to write good reviews on Trustpilot.

Easy to use, friendly customer support via discord and quick delivery for competitive prices. They anlso handle the return of a product within 7 days if the quality control pictures they send do not match the listing from which you purchased. This removes a lot of the fear when ordering!
