The process was handled great from the start. The team handled my 100s of questions in the intitial stages really well. After settling on car the process was so quick and easy. Delivery was spot on as well. The whole concept and service makes life so much easier.

Using Love Electric was really easy
Using Love Electric was really easy. From browsing on the web site to finding my perfect vehicle. After committing to the scheme, Rachel Weston from the team was amazing at keeping me informed every step of the way. Shared in my excitement in receiving my new vehicle, despite the fact she deals with the same thing all day long. I was very impressed to receive a call from Rachel on the evening my car was delivered to check all was in order. Special mention also to the delivery driver, he was very knowledgeable spent time with me to run through the vehicle and explain every detail. I couldn't rate Love Electric any higher.

making light work of dealing with tricky energy suppliers. Biggest thanks to Rachel and the fleet team at love electric for an excellent experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend, Rachel in particular is diligent, knowledgeable and has consistently gone over and above to get the right outcome for the customer. The fleet team have similarly been great.

Started Great, but now not very good - Look at all Options
We joined Loveelectric over 5 years ago, and the service was excellent. Since then, it has gone downhill rapidly, not a cheap as you may think and now not an enjoyable experience. The Benefit in Kind tax was not really explained, and is now a major additional cost that may not be easily seen in your pay packet.
My recommendation would be to look at all lease options, including those that are not salary sacrafice as they can be cheaper than Loveelectric.
Safe to say, I wont be using Loveelectric again.

Before an order is placed, we set out the payment schedule for the entirety of the lease. The Benefit in Kind tax is currently locked in until 2029/30 (4% for 2026/27, 5% for 2027/28 and 7% for 2028/29), which is reflected in this schedule.
We’re confident that salary sacrifice still remains the most affordable all-in-one package for EVs.
Sorry to hear you won’t be leasing another electric car with us - if you’d like us to find you a deal in the future please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
