Problem instantly Solved…
I buy yarn from Lovecraft as their prices are very good. Unfortunately my last order did not arrive but when I contacted them, they were immediately responsive and have sent a replacement order.

Proactive Customer Support
LoveCrafts is an absolute fantastic company. They have lovely wool and patterns at affordable price. I recently experienced an issue with my order being stuck in customs. I had no problem with this at all, but LoveCrafts reached out to me proactively and offered help. Very considerate and unexpected, very welcome though! Very quick delivery of order. Got the facility of free delivery if you order a bit more. More yarn, no problem. I made an error in my order myself and Maria was very helpful and kept me informed of the progress.

Great customer service
There was a mix up with Royal Mail and An Post where they returned my parcel to LoveCrafts and I emailed LoveCrafts and got a response within 12 hours with options on what to do. They were very nice & my package was resent with a different shipping company. Thanks!

My query was dealt with quickly and answered everything for me.
It was so re- assuring to know that my problem was not insurmountable.
I was asked to knit an Aran design using Chunky yarn which was100% wool.
I knew the yardage was less than an Aran I had to compare it with , and also that pure wool doesn't go as far.
However, the Smiles team of Angels were able to resolve my query

Excellent customer services, good value for money
I've placed a good few orders now with Lovecrafts, no issues at all, in fact their customer services proactively reached out to me when I had been charged An Post customs fees in error due to a mistake by Royal Mail (I actually hadn't realised the order was already Duty Paid so didn't contact Lovecrafts about it) and arranged an immediate refund of the fees.
Great choice of yarns, good prices, quick delivery and regular discounts / sales.
Very impressed with both sales and service.
