Bring back Valko

I’ve been playing every day for over a year and admittedly was getting a little bored with the game as main game updates are already slow.

I was initially excited for the introduced of the new LI. However, to see the company live up to the “fold” in their name and only listen to the toxic fans in China and to cancel the new LI (and any addition of more LIs) who was going to breathe fresh air into the stale game leaves me very bitter and spiteful.

Infold has shown they couldn’t care less for their international players who’ve also spent a lot of money on this game in support. I’ve since uninstalled the app & requested refunds for my recent purchases for the new LI. Honestly, I hope to see this game + company crash & burn, they reap what they sow.

Worry for the Game

I love this game, and I understand the recent pressure on operations. But cancelling Valko disappointed me — the real issue is communication and update cadence, not the character himself. I hope the studio improves operations so players of every taste are respected.

This game was my safe space. You took it away, Infold. I won’t be reinstalling it if there won’t be Valko in the Destiny Cafe on the 9th of July. Bring him back #Awooo

I've lost all trust in the company, after paying for that game since 2024

I've been playing this game every single day since December 2024. I've spent money on it every month, I'm invested financially and emotionally in this game.
Sadly there have been issues and red flags for the last couple of month, and Valko's cancellation is setting the WORST PRECEDENT ever.
Despite repeated complaints, 2 characters are missing an insane amount of content compared to the OG 3 and there's no sign this will be changed.
The game became lazy in its animations, which used to be what pulled new player. The game forgot it's supposed to be a BATTLE otome games. Where are the new orbits ?
No other gacha games has been this greedy and unrewarding to its playerbase. And now, a loud minority of toxic players managed to bullied a billion dollar company into cancelling/deleting all the content around Valko. Around 100 of people have been working on this launch for the past 2/3 years and it's all gone in one week.
I've lost all trust in the company and I don't even want to play the game anymore. I'm so disappointed.

Bring back trust bring back Valko

1. For cancelling a widely anticipated character that honestly should have come much sooner.

2. For not making timely updates to Caleb's and Sylus's main stories which frankly contributed to the backlash in China over the introduction of the new Li.

3. For being too focused on profit rather than player experience when the game was already highly successful.

4. For financial greed and broken trust.

They need to bring back Valko

This is (or was) one of the best mobile games ever, especially if you are a woman player. Revolutionary approach, technologies, immersive experience...

But their latest decision to cancel the release of the new character, Valko, who was expected almost from the start of the game, is wildly disheartening... The communication on such a critical matter is very limited and the future of the game is now completely uncertain. How can they so easily trash an important part of the game? What will happen with the rest of the game's story, and battles?

To the business side

To the business side, please reconsider cancelling Valko’s launch. It’s highly disrespectful to the community that you’ve once created and it seems like you’ve turned your backs on us - people who have been supporting this whole time. You can’t go out with promotionals and just to change your mind due to criticisms - which in the midst of it, tenfolds of supporters were backing you up. Yet, it falls on death ears, if it takes 10 supporters to beat 1 critic, we’d do it, we ARE doing it. Please rescind your decision to cancel Valko, please bring him back and our trust to you.

Valko, wolfie turned scapegoat

When Valko was first teased, I was apprehensive. There were so many other issues building up; unfinished bond stories for Caleb and Sylus, free diamonds drought, no more chocolate shop rewards and barely any battle content updates.
But admittedly I fell in love with the writers'/ artists' and developers' vision of this goofy, warm and beautifully buffed man.
With his cancellation, I feel betrayed. I've spent hundreds on LADS, without the thought of content being cancelled because of a loud minority who are unhinged, malicious andprejudiced.

about valko's situations

well, look what we have here.

instead of fixing your problem, you just scrapped the entire plan for 6th LI. I admited I was very shocked about the news. but I didn't have ANY grudges against him, and I was very mad when the whole plan was canceled, all because of some hypocritical “players” (leave all of normal players alone, they won't bullied others and LIs).

plus, cancelled Valko WON'T solve any problems. the problems were still there! and I highly doubt that they won't do any replys whatsoever.

as a long-time player myself, I just want to say, good luck, because nobody would trust you the same anymore.

#BringBackValko

Was promised a 6th love interest and because a toxic portion of the fanbase despised that he looked too “western” they harassed Infold and now here we are.

Can't recommend

I loved the game and the creativity behind it. But cancelling promised content without further explanation or compensation.....
I'm not going back to this game or anything else released by infold.
As a paying customer i'm disappointed.

Fraudulent management

Fraudulent management. They do not respect global players. Misleading announcements, no updates of main story or lore. In addition, they’re stingy as hell with their rewards in game. Just greedy money suckers. The devs, artists, VA behind Valko did not deserve infold’s terrible management. They’re doing the same bs as they did with infinity Nikki.
