Bought for a taste game

Bought for a taste game. I was expecting a mix of large, share and other sizes as advertised, recieved five large bags. Two of which are almost identical. With postage cost me over £20. Go to the supermarket ! Total rip off.

The sweetest service I’ve got

The sweetest service I’ve got, they emailed to say 1 item is out of date so I’ve been refunded and they sent me something as a compliment instead as well.
The website sells everything you can’t hold of in the shops.

Scagnellis online sweet shop, incredibly poor service.

I ordered an egg from them on the 14th April, it was the pistachio cracking Waitrose egg. They were charging £25 when it was only £15 in Waitrose. It was one my wife wanted so I ordered it as it was sold out everywhere.
I was then charged £4.05 for delivery, this was a standard delivery that I was told would happen between the 17th & 22nd! 5 days window!! This was in part due to the bank holiday, but I don’t understand how it was so hard to meet the 17th or earlier, this is a UK based company!
I emailed to ask for an update on the 17th as I’d had no dispatch notice, I was then told that the address was incorrect so no dispatch could happen until it was rectified. I checked and I had missed the number somehow, odd as I have never done this before! I corrected and asked again when I could expect delivery, nothing heard until I contacted them again on Easter Sunday, Dan replied from his phone that due to the bank holiday it wouldn’t be dispatched until after it. I asked why they couldn’t have contacted me once they’d realised the address was incomplete, he hasn’t answered this and has instead chosen to cancel and refund my order, I didn’t want a refund I just wanted what I had now paid double for!

In summary a poor experience with a company that charges way over the actual value of an item, check their site, prime bottles at £7 and more when you can get it everywhere at £1.50 now. With service like this it’s a wonder he’s still in business, he certainly won’t have mine again and I’d advise anyone to avoid this site lest you want to wait with no word as to what’s going on after you’ve paid almost double an items RRP.
