The delivery process is bad. They sent my order to Mark 3 International to collect the US duty. I paid the duty online and got a receipt, proof of payment. Mark 3 then the next day said I did not make a duty payment, even though I had the receipt. They did not look up the receipt and did not respond. So now I have paid almost $200 for my item, and it is lost. The companies involved won't help me.

I ordered these as a gift for my husband. They were delivered quickly. They were well made, warm and comfortable. He was very pleased with them.

I needed specific colours for a quilt and couldn't find them on the website. I emailed asking and got a very prompt response from Eva. She was so helpful, sending me photos of new stock and then ensuring I could order even though the product was so new in it hadn't been put on their site. I received it all 2 days later.
I really couldn't gave asked for better service and I can't wait to start making my 5th quilt using their material.

I'm fond of these handcrafted wool sweaters; each one is unique, with no two exactly alike. However, on this occasion, one sweater started coming apart after just two weeks. Initially, it began at the end of a sleeve, and despite my friend's repair efforts, the unraveling continued at the hem. Although I considered making a claim, the process seemed too cumbersome. Luckily, my friend was able to assist me. Now, I'm uncertain if I'll make another purchase.

Never received my package. I spent $250 on clothing and another $70 on customs fees. Their delivery and tracking system is a total joke, their company is a total joke. Instead of ensuring their packages are delivered, they just bombard you with constant spam emails demanding you review their product. How can I review your product? I HAVENT RECEIVED A DAMN THING. i hate this company, they are a joke. and so is the insane woke culture that has infected the spineless citizens of england. TRY RUNNING A BUSINESS CORRECTLY

SO glad to find an online outlet for Nepal clothing! I ordered a wool/fleece lined jacket and it was delivered in 3days! (Speed not important but impressive and love delivery by Royal Mail). The quality of the garment exceptional, warmth incomparable and cost incredibly cheap (I’d have paid more!) buying wool to knit such a garment would cost four times as much! 5stars all round.

Ordered from them,got a email from post office that it had been delivered,but this was to wrong address.contacted loud,took them nearly a week to get back to me.said had been delivered to address up road.so go there did,wasn't there.been nearly another week.and they havnt bothered to reply.no replacement sent.poor customer service,won't order again a joke
