Easy to set up and play but!
Easy to set up initially but became very difficult to follow maybe as I'm old!!
SCAM
Signed up for what appeared to be a simple £1 EuroMillions offer and was immediately charged an additional £6.50 syndicate fee that was not made clear at all. Trying to remove payment details and close the account was unnecessarily difficult, and after closing it I was told I had “forfeited” the original entry. The whole experience felt misleading and very close to scam-like behaviour.
Freezes site
I have a problem every time I play it freezes for hours and can't do anything. However, despite having good connection it's freezing and it frustrating me absolutely. I am happy with offers, but when freezes it's like someone else is having a hold of my account and I can't do anything with. Done cache clearing many times and switching off and on my phone. If I would not have this issues I would rate app 5 stats though.
Serious Concerns About Recycled Lottery Numbers, Duplicate Syndicate Entries and Lack of Transparency
I have used Lotto Social for multiple lottery syndicate entries, including EuroMillions, Powerball, Lotto, French Lotto and other international lottery products. After checking my tickets carefully, I am deeply concerned by what appears to be a repeated pattern of number recycling, duplicate lines and reused Millionaire Maker or raffle-style codes across different syndicates, different share numbers and even different draw dates.
This is not a minor customer-service issue. It goes directly to the integrity of the product being sold.
Lotto Social markets itself as a syndicate-based lottery platform where players are pooled together to increase their chances. However, from my own tickets, I have now identified what appear to be identical number combinations appearing again and again across separate syndicates. In some cases, the same lines appear to have been recycled from one draw into another future draw. I have also seen repeated Millionaire Maker-style codes across different syndicate allocations.
That raises extremely serious questions:
Why are customers being sold different syndicates if the same lines are being reused?
Are customers genuinely receiving fresh and distinct entries, or are they being allocated recycled ticket configurations?
Why is there no clear warning that numbers may be duplicated, reused or recycled across syndicates and draw dates?
How can customers independently trust the automated prize-checking system if the ticket allocation system itself appears questionable?
Why are customers not allowed to pick their own numbers, while Lotto Social self-generates numbers that appear to repeat?
When I raised this with their support, I was told it may be an “error” and that their “Core Team” would need to respond. That is not good enough. The so-called Core Team takes far too long to reply, and responses are often generic. This is especially concerning when the issue involves the possible integrity of paid lottery entries.
To make matters worse, after I raised these concerns, my account suddenly began acting strangely. I could log in, but the screen went blank. I cleared cache and cookies, restarted my laptop, and the issue remained. Given the timing, this only increased my concern.
In my view, Lotto Social’s credibility is now seriously in question. A lottery platform must be transparent, auditable and beyond reproach. Customers should not have to manually inspect dozens of tickets to discover repeated numbers and recycled entries. Most players will never check this level of detail, which makes the issue even more worrying.
I will be referring this matter to the relevant regulatory and consumer protection bodies, including the Gambling Commission and any other appropriate authorities, because this goes far beyond a simple customer complaint.
Until Lotto Social provides a full audit trail, a clear explanation, and proper evidence that every paid customer receives what they are led to believe they are buying, I cannot recommend this platform.
Based on my experience, I consider Lotto Social’s ticket allocation system deeply troubling, opaque and potentially misleading. Customers should check every single ticket manually and not rely blindly on Lotto Social’s automated systems.

I'm in IT so should I know my way around. Not so with Lotto social. Not clear how to cancel and when I discovered how too I'm still to convinced I have. Result I have frozen my card and if and when I unfreeze and money still goes missing a new card will replace it. Not at all happy!

Cash withdrawal issues/Account disabled
They definitely behave like they're not as legitimate as they seem to be. I've been waiting for over two weeks since i cashed out £11.50 with Paypal which is still pending and they'd told me it's due to additional security checks and that i should give it a couple more days . However i think their just playing a delayed tactic to not give me the money as it really should not take this long for such a small amount of cash.As of today they have said "suspicious activities appear on your account resulting in suspension as the team investigates". They have now disabled my account which to me is just another method to avoid giving me my cash winnings. In my opinion something just seems way off about this company and people need to be aware cause their responses look quite dodgy.

Doesn't let you remove jackpot triggers…
Doesn't let you remove jackpot triggers in your account they just pop back up again. Charged my account several times. I had to use the automated phone service to remove. Very disappointed. Not sure if it's a scam or not or just poor UI
