I entered a price range of maximum…
I entered a price range of maximum £1640 per week. When I spoke with a nice lady from "The Close" that was one of Lottie's proposals she said they start at £1800 per week, so unfortunatley my search was abandoned.

I was so excited that Lottie got back to me helping me overcome my difficulties in trying to secure a property for myself.
I have since emailed a few homes but at this moment in time, I have not had any successful replies, as yet. But I shall keep on trying...with Lottie's help.

The task of finding good care is huge
The task of finding good care is huge, to people who have never done it before. Lottie was extremely useful in directing us to a care provider we felt happy with. There are others registered with Lottie as options and so feel confident that one of the care providers will suit the role. Lottie followed up with calls and emails which made the online service very "human". THANK YOU.

The lady I spoke to was really helpful…
The lady I spoke to was really helpful and friendly. I did get some care agencies come thru from her. But the lady was already sorted by social services. But it's good to know there is a back up if needed.

Carehome visits
Lottie cystomer services. Listened to our needs/requirements. Provided information about the care homes, services the provide and estimate costs. Booked visits. Good communication.
The carehomes we visited were welcoming and friendly. They walk us around the home and introduced us to some of their staff. This was helpful as first time visiting carehome.
