I needed to find a care home to offer respite care for my mother. As I started to look, I came across Lottie. There is no fee for their help, which is wonderful. The site helped to whittle down the huge number of homes available using the filters to search. The information is on point, not rambling. Easy access to the websites of places I was interested in for further info. Easy contact details to each place.

I complained regarding several glitches on the website which ended with me giving up after almost an hour and a half.
The next morning I received a call from an incredible lady called Bridie who spoke to me regarding my problems and spent a generous amount of time answering my questions and giving advice as to how to proceed. This was followed up by an email with links to useful organisations and websites. A brilliant end result. Thankyou.

The whole experience was Wonderful, especially the service operator who was knowledgeable, caring and considerate. I was very anxious prior to contacting Lottie but ended the phone conversation at ease. I am extremely grateful to all concerned and hopeful a solution has been found ! Fingers crossed 🤞! I think the service operator was an absolute Star 🌟! The attached information was also helpful 😊 !

My meeting was scheduled on the same day and my rep was helpful and had access to local information. She understood the pressures of elder care and was concerned for me as well. I received good advice and information about services that I didn’t even know about. Very pleased with this first contact.

Exceptionally helpful, friendly, efficient service

Eva helped my Mum and I with searching through care options for my Nan during a very trying time where we kept hitting dead ends within the local social service system. She was very knowledgeable and empathetic towards the situation and had many good ideas on how to ensure we could help get Nan out of being "stuck in the system".

Eva always communicated promptly and clearly to both myself and my Mum individually and on group calls throughout the process.

Nan unfortunately passed away a couple of months later but due to Eva and the team, we were able to explore different options before getting her home and comfortable where she was able to pass away peacefully and with dignity, which meant a lot to us all.

I found a carer very easy and she suits my needs . Thanks very much

Klara was incredibly knowledgeable, kind and empathetic during what was a very worrying time for our family. She provided all the information and more to help navigate through a subject that I had very little experience of and followed up throughout. Eva did a great job of listening, asking clarifying questions, and then giving the right advice. She promptly followed up with a very helpful email and useful documents. Whilst my specific query is not over (just the start of a journey) this gives me great confidence in the support & advice available as I navigate elderly care processes.
