Straightforward and honest approach to law of probability. Easy to understand for those not mathematically inclined. I haven't won the big one yet....but it's coming!

I find the Lotterycodex page really entriguing.
I find the Lotterycodex page really interesting. I've never played Lotto and I've stumbled on to this page purely by chance.
I like the way they get you through all the parts and aspects of playing Lottery with the help of mathematics.
I guess the chances of wining the main prize are still low but I think this could get me closer of getting some of the lower ones while having some fun which is at the end most important.
I like it

I was very skeptical
I was very skeptical if this was as easy to use as promised. Not being a math or computer person I was thinking it would be very hard, but Mr. Hiltner truly has an excellent customer service approach. He explained everything to me in very easy steps and answered all my questions very patiently, and in a very short time, despite of the time difference between our countries.
If you want to have a tool for playing the lottery, this is your best option.

great
great, does just what it says and easy to use colour-coding. saved me the time it would have taken to learn to do the maths myself. :) looking forward to having more fun with lotto with this tool.

Option of number of tickets
I have read through your entire concept of probability & combination. I really like your concept but i personally feel, after selecting the number wheel, you need to also ask an option of number of tickets which a person can buy.
This will help you to give limited number of options / variotions in the calculator as buying 2000 tickets is not possible for an individual.
I prefer to buy 30 tickets which cost $20. so i select 30 combinations from the list of 2000 options in the calculator which makes it difficult for my tickets to come through. However, if an option is given to select the numbers & tickets as well, your calculator can give the best #1 patter of let us 50 to 100 tickets. this will increase the chance to win the lottery.
Thank you.

I like the calculator because it is very effective and time saving for myself. Quickly gives out the combinations and the comments section helps to make faster decisions. I like the selection process of choosing numbers from each number groups because forces me to stay focused on the type of numbers have to select.

There is lot more to win a lottery
Yes, the Calculator is fine. It is executed well.
But there is a lot more to winning a lottery.
And that is why the 3 stars.

This tool does what it says...
I have not won any money from this calculator. But this tool does what it says. Winning depends on what numbers we as a player choose. Very nice explained and I am sure that I will win a prize someday. Thank you Edvin :)

Excellent clarity in guidance and how to use.
Excellent clarity in guidance and how to use the Calculators !(separate tools for purchase for each different x from y combination). Buying one gives a wide selection of possible combination sets. However, the BEST groups produce a large number of potential lines (Over 200) that in most cases are only really useable on a regular basis by syndicates, as suggested by the author in the guides. There are middle(medium 'likelihood ) and Worst ( low likelihood) with less lines generated and more 'affordable' by a single user, but being less likely to be in a winning situation probably not worth using. For the enthusiast it will be of interest to see a fresh look at how to make selections (More probability to come up with winning lines-Authors view more precise). The author concentrates on Low High and Odd Even balance probabilities only ( From study of years of Lottery results data-Not relying on pure detached statistical calculation but more pragmatic based on experience and maths around the experience). No consideration to other Lottery characteristics of natural distribution of the LLN such as the SUM, Frequency of Occurrences (HOT COLD) in the mathematics of the Calculators, but as the output is in spreadsheet form a user can manually add in what they wish into the output sheets.
I personally have some concerns of balance, but more study and experience of using them is needed before really making a judgement. In summary : Certainly a fresh and clear new approach to making selections that might be more probable to contain a winning set.

The calculator was a bit confusing to use and it would have been helpful to explain how a spreadsheet would help with working out the best combinations. However the calculator was easy to access and the calculator code was delivered promptly.

I have taken a quick look at…
I have taken a quick look at lotterycodex, and notice that it seems very good. I did not see where you can have a total of your numbers add up to between a high and low mark. Been to busy to have a really good in-depth look
.
Two weeks later took a better look and can see where the sum of the numbers is added up. Still, there is a couple of things that I would have like to have seen.
1 Eliminate that series of numbers that adds up to under or over your set marks, if you choose too
2 Compare the series of numbers to every set that has been called before and eliminate that set if you choose too before you print them out.

More into spreading the chance of numbers
The lotto calculator is not the ready to buy one, but instead you have to put in information and using your own number to see and choose from the set of numbers that calculated for you. I think its good for people who have some in their mind, but for those who just want to click and get the numbers not likely to recommend

Well, I used your method and played 10 tickets. Won a small prize on two of the ten. This tells me your method works. Now it's only a question of time. And more money.
