I would not even give them a one star. Order for just under a £100. Four weeks later no delivery, despite their claims of despatch within 24 hrs. Emailed for refund, they asked to wait longer. No delivery. They stopped answering emails.
I went through my credit card, AMEX. They were fantastic. You can also use PayPal resolution. So there maybe ways to get some help, and make sure you write reviews to warn others.

Are we able to report them to Trading Standards. Cannot get a refund let alone replays to messages. Steer clear peeps will cost you

If only I could give this company a zero I would. It's such a SCAM. Photos of items do not do the items received justice. Quality was so poor, no wonder their so cheap. Took weeks to arrive and still waiting for 1 item. Tried contacting them with no reply. No refund. Live and learn! STAY AWAY. Like so many I wish I'd read the reviews first.

I wish I had read all the reviews before ordering. The marketing photos do not reflect the actual items. They are awful quality, take weeks to arrive and then you find out you have to pay for returns that do not fit, to China! Do not order from this company.

This is a scam please don't use. The material is so bad the items are see through. When I tried to return, they e-mailed to say returns centre is in China and I had to pay costs and it might take weeks before then can refund so why don't I accept their goodwill gesture of 15% off.
An update and advice - after endless e-mails with this company trying to get refund, I reported them to Paypal. Eventually Paypal awarded me a refund in my favour as the returned items were stuck in the Chinese Customs for over a month. Paypal also refunded me £15 of the shipping costs to return (which was a total of £23.50 so I'm down £8 in total). Big thumbs up for Paypal - I will always use them for online purchases from now on.

This must be a scam ....you can't return anything. The address is in China. Beware.

The website shows garments that were exactly what I was looking for design wise and colour. I was so excited about finding these that I, sadly, didn't check the material or reviews. If I'd have read the reviews, I would have never parted with a penny.

The garments ordered arrived weeks later and I was so disappointed. The quality of material is abysmal the designs do not match the website. I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company.

‼️‼️Do not buy from this site ! I ordered a khaki dress, it took weeks to arrive & when it did it was a cheap beige nylon dress, badly made & far too small. It was only fit for the bin ! I requested a returns label & git an email saying they will give me 15% back so i can get it altered ! Or if i insist on returning i will have to pay for postage to China & custom charges which will will cost more than the dress !
It is a rip off ! They are a joke. Dont be sucked into the fake pictures on their site, they are fake !!

I purchased 3 items all of which are badly made. The material and shape of the tops were not like the pictures on the website.
They did not fit properly so
I would not buy from this company again, or recommend to anyone.

I ordered 3 items from this site and I am so sorry I didn't try to look up these reviews. The items were not a bit like the colour I ordered, the materials were very cheap and no shape to the dress. Also I was unable to actually review the items on their site. The order took about 2 months to get to me.

Firstly the clothes that arrived barely resemble the clothes on the website.The clothes that I choose said cotton mix but what arrived was very cheap polyester that was very thin and poor quality which I wouldn't wear in a fit.customer care are very polite but will not help you to resolve any issue.finally you can buy of any item of clothing on lotimena website from alleyxpress for half the price than that site

I totally agree with all the other comments. I ordered a couple of items firstly a white top with a nice flower design. The website quality made me think I was getting a fine cotton knit white top with a pleated cross over front and what I received was a cheap polyester cream top with no folded crossover front.
Secondly, I ordered a beautiful knitted cardigan with embroidered flowers and what I got was a horrible polyester cardigan with a printed design, nothing like the website.
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.

The website photos are very misleading. The material used is very cheap material, sizes are not great, doesn't fit very well and zero communication. I made the error to order £150 worth of clothes for me and my daughter without checking reviews....as it looked amazing on the website. They never answered/acknowledged the emails I sent them regarding the delivery address, even though I sent the email 3 times!! Really disappointing

I ordered a blouse for myself according to their size chart UK 16. When it arrived my size 12 daughter struggled to get it on. I requested a returns/refund form & received an email saying that I would be responsible for postage & customs back to China. They were however offering a goodwill refund of 15% which I could use to buy material to make it bigger! I ordered a supposed size 12 t-shirt for my grandaughter at the same time which I am fully expecting to fit only a tiny tears doll when it eventually arrives. They are nothing but rip off merchants

Everything you read here is true and I strongly recommend you do not use this company, any goods that need returning go through the Post Office my parcel I had to send back cost me £23.50 as under 2kg which wasn’t as bad as I thought and because I paid through PayPal they contributed £15 towards the payment aswell so that is good to know everyone 👍

I will never order from this again, I placed an order over 6 weeks ago have not received my order I have emailed them several times got no response from them

I ordered 4 items. Two of them arrived after 4 weeks and are very poor quality and not wearable. A pair of summer linen 3/4 leg trousers are incredibly poor material and badly made and also are damaged with a black mark on the front of one of the legs. Despite this they are refusing to pay the cost of returning the damaged item. The forth item which had not arrived I have cancelled to be told it could be several weeks before my account is credited. Nice pictures but the cloths bear little resemblance to those advertised.

Lotimena's website is totally misleading and the photographs bear little resemblance to the actual goods. The quality of the fabric is exceptionally poor, the standard of manufacture appalling and the length of time it took them to fulfil the order completely unacceptable. Having received the first package and seen the poor quality I emailed them to cancel the remaining items which, apart from 1 item, they said was impossible as they had already been despatched. This cannot be true as the final 2 items arrived yesterday (23.05.21 and the phone call was a good month ago).
On top of this, the hassle involved in returning the goods is unbelievable with the new customs requirements and I am not looking forward to hearing the cost of returning the goods.
The whole thing was an abject disaster......
