I had a circular facelift done through this company. Here are the results. I paid 5,000 euros. They refused to correct the scars or return the money.

I was a bit nervous at first, but the moment I sat in the chair, the dentist’s kindness and gentle approach instantly made me feel at ease. The whole experience was smooth and surprisingly pleasant—nothing like the scary stories I used to hear. No pain, no stress, just comfort and care. I left with a bright smile, not just because of the treatment, but because of how well I was treated. Truly a wonderful experience!

Everything was excellent on first visit. They asked me to come back a few months later foe finishing the implant, they did not say at the time how long they need me for. I booked my work leave booked my flights, then they said oh 4 days is not enough to finish 1 implant. I can not recommend this clinic 😔

WARNING: Lorans Medical Clinic in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul – Avoid This Place!

I recently had an incredibly bad experience with Lorans Medical Clinic in Zeytinburnu, Istanbul, and I want to warn everyone before you consider going there.

Here’s a summary of what happened:

1. Misleading Pricing & Hidden Charges: They increased the cost of services after starting the treatment, even though we had agreed on a price beforehand. I also experienced false advertising and was hit with hidden charges that weren’t disclosed initially.
2. Terrible Aftercare & Unprofessionalism: After the treatment, I had severe pain and reached out multiple times, but the clinic refused to take responsibility or offer proper aftercare. They didn’t even cover travel expenses for a reexamination, which I needed urgently.
3. Rude Staff: One staff member, Ms. Jasmine, was dismissive and careless about my situation. She didn’t stick to scheduled appointments, leaving me without any support when I needed it the most.
4. Inadequate Customer Service: Despite multiple attempts to get help, they ignored my concerns and didn’t acknowledge the ongoing pain I was experiencing. They refused to provide any meaningful solution, even after other dental experts advised me to seek additional care.

This clinic caused me physical pain, emotional distress, and financial loss. Please think twice before trusting them with your health and well-being. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the authorities and hope they will be held accountable.

Stay safe and be cautious! Don’t let this happen to you or your loved ones.

Thank you for your response. However, after years of complications, infections, additional expenses, and the loss of three teeth following treatment performed at your clinic, I need more than a general public statement.

I contacted the clinic multiple times in the past while experiencing pain and complications, but I did not receive meaningful support at the time. That is why it is difficult for me to understand why a response only appeared now, after my review became public.

At this stage, I would like clarity regarding what concrete assistance your clinic is willing to provide. I am now facing additional corrective treatment, including root canal re-treatment and replacement of lost teeth, which has caused significant physical, emotional, and financial hardship.

If the clinic genuinely wishes to resolve this matter constructively, I ask for a clear written proposal regarding how you intend to assist with the corrective care and related costs resulting from the treatment complications.

My goal is not conflict. I simply want proper treatment and accountability after the difficulties I have experienced.

i live in Istanbul and this clinic has a very good reputation here, i heard so much about it. i also watched a video in which the clinic won best clinic award i think it was in 2022.

Lorans medical in Istanbul has to be the best place ever! I have been a patient of Dr IIknur at Lorans medical. Staff are great. I feel like I have known everyone at the clinic for years. Dr IIknur truly makes me feel comfortable! I have loved her work, she is friendly, gentle, patient and a perfectionist. I love her hygienist and the team, they are all amazing! Going to dentist is not my favourite thing to do, but with Dr IIknur I know I was in good hands. I can’t wait for my next visit.

I was hesitant & a little bit scared at the beginning, yet both the advisor Mr. Wael as well as Dr. Fetih & the rest of the team at Lorans Medical invested the best of their efforts in making me feel comfortable Pre, during & after the procedures.

Mr. Wael answered each & everyone of my infinite concerns & questions and Dr. Fetih corrected my smile in a way that exceeded my expectations.
