Horrible customer service. I never received credit for completing offer. Filed ticket and a copy of receipt of purchase and screenshot from offer page. Support only replies we cannot accept that as proof. WHAT OTHER PROOF DO YOU NEED!!!

I’m very disappointed with how my support ticket was handled. I submitted a request regarding an offer that wasn’t credited and included all relevant screenshots, including my download history. Despite this, I was told the evidence provided was “not enough proof.” I find this response unreasonable and unhelpful. I hope the company improves its customer support process, but for now, I would recommend exploring other options for offers. UPDATE: They won't even bother explaining at all what constitutes as "proof" after my screenshots were denied. I will be reporting this website as a scam.

STILL no response to my previous daily reviews and constant e-mails asking for support. Stay away from this offer wall if you don't want scammed out of the larger payouts at the end of an offer.

I had an issue with a missing rewards and within a day they resolved it, i was surprise by how fast that was other offerwalls took forever or doesn't even respond.

The support team was very prompt with their response and review of issue.

I played the game Toontrigger through them, since reaching level 500 was supposed to pay $50. I managed to get to level 300 in only three hours, but after that the game didn’t just get hard, it became impossible.

To keep progressing, you are forced to make a $50 purchase. Offerwalls should protect their users by verifying the integrity of the advertisers first.

I reported the game to the app store. But I'm furious at lootably for allowing this scam to run on there.

I use the website Rewardy to do game offer tasks for money, and I did tasks for the game "World of Warships" via the MM Wall affiliate link. I played way more than the required number of battles on each of the warships I unlocked for the rewards, but I haven't received my rewards since I completed them on August 20, 2025.

I did 3 tasks: One was complete your first battle (worth 556 coins), the second was unlock 1st warship and complete 3 battles (worth 2,612 coins ), and the third was unlock 2nd warship and complete 3 battles (worth 5,057 coins).

In total, I should have been paid 8,225 coins worth $8.22 USD....but it's been 3 weeks with no response.

MM Team support told me that their offer partner, Lootably LLC, serve as the point of contact for the advertiser and can confirm when my reward will be credited, and that they already submitted my ticket to them with my evidence for the claim.

I haven't heard once from Lootably, not even when I sent them a follow-up email 2 weeks ago.

Fairly quick response time, Little to no difficulty getting support, once proof was provided I was given my promised credits.

I had started a offer called "Freecash", done most of the task but haven't been rewarded, so i contacted support, send proof and waited for an response. They told me, that they were very sorry and notified to adviser. So I waited 1 month still nothing... called out again and they said they haven't heard back from the adviser. Now here I am 3 months after my completion and they won't answer any of my further e mails and they still HAVEN'T GIVEN ME MY MONEY SINCE 3 MONTHS OF COMPLETION. That has to be so shameless. Hoping you stay away from Lootably if you actually want your money.
