I have completed a casino offer depositing, register and sent all proofs (bills, pictures of email register, money transactions, even the games I played). This is horrible, they answer me the same... See more

note payment my reward
I did a task on lootlaby to register to earn 2000 points and redeem $2 on zoombuks, I have completed my task but have not received payment until now
A lot of fake reviews
This is the least paying existing offerwall, especially for the casinos.
Other offerwalls are hit or miss but I've never got credited from Lootably. Support doesn't reply anymore
They are legit
They are legit. If the offer does not credit, you can email their support and they are very responsive
I was not credited when making the whale.io offer
I made an offer on your wall on the Earnlab website and I didn't get paid. The name of the offer is Whale.io, and I was supposed to make a deposit of $25 and bet everything to reach level 2. I made the deposit and played with the $25, I reached level 5, but was not credited. I contacted you on the 14th, it is now the 27th, and nothing has been resolved. I have already provided evidence of the deposit, the bet made, and my ID on the Whale platform.

lootably offer wall
lootably offer wall didn't help me at all, they didn't pay me for an offer I uploaded, when I sent a support message they told me to wait 30 days, this is not fair, please give me my offer money and lootably.
Support was responsive and helpful.
Honest people!
I wish I had checked Trustpilot before…
I wish I had checked Trustpilot before using Lootably User review:"Basically what happens is that they probably send the proof to the offer provider, claim the money and do not distribute it back to the end user." :/ . I completed an offer called Candyspinz, followed all instructions, deposited money, and provided all possible screenshots as proof. Despite this, they refused to accept my evidence and never credited my reward. Support did not respond to further inquiries.
It’s frustrating and is a scam. I strongly advise others to not use Lootably.
Excellent Customer Service
I've been doing offerwalls through various GPT sites for over 2 months now and customer service at Lootably has been consistently responsive and timely and even provided me guidance on how to correctly complete a few offers. I appreciate their help so I'm giving them this 5 star review.

They've been owing me money for tasks for 2 months. It's a scam. They don't respond. Don't do their tasks because you won't get anything. I don't know how they have such good reviews here if they don't pay. People only do tasks for nothing

Fast response, easy to solve
Fast response, easy to solve my problems.
Lootably denied my offer reward claiming false VPN use, even though I’m a regular, legit user
I’m extremely disappointed with Lootably and how they treat honest users.
I completed the ZoomBucks offer via Gamehag on August 3, 2025, fulfilled all requirements, and even redeemed a $3 Visa card, which I successfully received, a clear confirmation that the offer was completed properly.
After submitting all required proofs and waiting patiently, I received a shocking response from Lootably falsely claiming that I used a VPN or proxy, and therefore they would not credit me. This accusation is completely false. I’ve been a trusted, consistent user of various platforms for over 2–3 years, and I fully understand that VPNs and proxies violate platform policies, I’ve never used any.
Lootably is simply shifting the blame to avoid rewarding users who completed offers fairly.
Even Gamehag support confirmed that they have no control over the offer and referred me back to Lootably. Now, Lootably is accusing me of terms violation without proof, this is not just unprofessional, it’s dishonest and exploitative. Users invest time and effort, only to be punished for doing everything right.
This is not the first time Lootably has done this, they have denied me multiple rewards in the past despite proper completion. I’m now left with no choice but to expose them here on TrustPilot, so that other users don’t waste their time like I did.
I have clear evidence of offer completion, including screenshots. This situation shows that Lootably has no real commitment to fairness or transparency.
I will be sharing my experience across relevant communities to ensure others are aware of these practices before using this platform 0/5 review.

Support resolved my issue in less than…
Support resolved my issue in less than a day, and credited me for an offer that didnt track. Which is really impressive. Im used to freecash taking 2 weeks to a month just to not even credit me anyway.
Lootably is amazing!
Lootably is amazing!
They have a wide range of surveys and offers to choose from. And they give you extra points each survey if you're on a streak of 2 days or more.
I've only ever had one issue with getting a reward. Support had it taken care of within 12 hours.
Overall a fantastic experience with these guys!
Lootably has incredible support team
Lootably has incredible support team. Theya re quick in response as well as giving a solution. The on reason is giving 4 start is that Thier offers tracking system needs improvement, sometimes when doing big offers it doesn't track the activity and you have to contact Thier support for reward. Overall it's good.
Lootably tv Cheddar.

Since they changed the name of the TV, they haven't shown me a single commercial. It's been 2 years now.
I wrote to them that I don't watch their videos for free, but I got a template text for every email I sent, and it's always the same.
So if someone doesn't have commercials, don't watch them, because they still get money, they just don't pay you as a viewer because the commercials don't run in the video, but during the video. They've become big scammers.
I don't watch them anymore, sometimes I open them to . It's become a big scam site.
