I had to go in UK to find the piece for my chair ! Loopspace warned me that I had choosen the wrong piece and proposed me to change. Amazing quality of service ! Evrything arrived in France very queekly. Un wonderful experience !

I have still not received the item nearly 2 months after ordering and paying for it. Strongly recommend not using this company Poor communication, do not use.
I waited 6 weeks and was given a series…
I waited 6 weeks and was given a series of fabricated excuses about why my order had not been dispatched (their courier had stopped collecting; restocking of one item I'd ordered; my oder would be dispatched the following Monday). Then they stopped responding to my requests for updates completely. I had to ask my card provider to refund me, or I'd still be waiting (>2 months at the time of writing) You have been warned.
Placed an order on the 22nd of December…
Placed an order on the 22nd of December with a delivery date of approx 10 business days.
Checked in on the 8th of January. They reported they had issues with delivery.
Checked in again on the 15th of January. Got a response that it will be shipped on the 19th of January.
Checked in again on the 21st of January if the order has been shipped? Got no response.
Checked in on the 27th of January, asked if they could cancel my order. Got a reply that the are willing to cancel my order. They were saying I will get a refund withing 10 business days.
Checked in on the 11th of February, more then 10 business days later, still no refund and no reply.
Checked in on the 25th of February about my refund. No reply at all..
I am beyond words right now.
Loopspace / Saxen - The worst.
This is the very epitome of horrendous service from a retail company. The only think worse couldn't have been not getting my money back (which is still unclear yet).
Ordered on 3/1/25. A replacement seat for an aeron miller chair. I emailed THREE times with no reply as to the whereabouts of the part which was supposed to be in stock. No reply.
3 weeks past order date I started calling the actual company (Saxen.com) and left messages (with human people) waiting for a callback from 'the girl who deals with loopspace' who's name I believe is Lucy. I received not a single call back.
My 4th call and over one month later, I actually got Lucy, she asked for all my details like it hadn't already been left 3 previous times. I got told some story about the parts coming in damaged, no one told me this. Quite frankly, I didn't believe it.
I was fed up and requested a refund from Lucy. She said a manager would need to process. I gave them 5 days to complete the refund, nothing happened. I called back again, I knew I was speaking to Lucy, but she didn't answer the phone with her name like all the rest of the staff do. I said I had not received my refund and I would not get off the phone until my refund was processed. It took 5 mins (supposedly, I need to check my CC in a day or so)....a 5 min job they couldn't do in 5 days.
So they took my money for a part that was supposed to be in stock, no communication afterwards despite 3 emails and 3 phone calls. Two more calls to get a refund issued (we'll see if they actually did it).
By the looks of other reviews the quality of the part was poor anyway.
I will leave another review for Saxen...and it is really Saxen you are ordering from. Loopspace is just another site they use.
Avoid, avoid, avoid even if the price looks great. It IS too good to be true.

Bad experience
I ordered a replacement seat for my Aeron chair, and it tore the very first time I sat on it. My original seat lasted for years, so this was clearly a defective product.
Customer service initially responded and informed me that a replacement would be sent, but it never happened. After I asked to proceed with a refund instead, they stopped responding altogether.
Polite at first, but ultimately unresponsive and unresolved. Very disappointing experience.

At the time of purchase, we were not informed about possible customs taxes, which ended up doubling the initially expected shipping cost. In the end, we paid more for shipping and customs duties than for the product itself.
Apart from that, everything was fine, with good follow-up on the purchase and delivery.

They sent peace’s missing and when they sent what was missing it was not original but 3D printed so no good , trying to contact but impossible to contact

Delivered wrong product, not responding to my emails
I ordered a product and paid import tax to The Netherlands. Wrong product was delivered and informed Loopspace as soon as I got the package. I was told the correct item will be sent. This was 14 days ago and still no answer despite 2 follow up emails.
