Saw this company in Facebook located in China .If I would've checked with my local Walmart first to get the hair vitamins. IOrdered package on Feb 25,2026 still haven't received my order. ITS April 17 2026. Contacted Customer service via email onlytokeep giving me a tracking number but my product ain't moving.

I ordered from this company late February and did not receive the package 7ntil yesterday, however the tracking said it was delivered on March 21, which I never got. I wrote the company and they answered that since the tracking said delivered they could not give me a refund.
Finally yesterday I got the package, which has a totally diferent number and it was sent by a random person in Arizona.
The package does not have the name of the company and it looks generic. Also it was advertised as containing an ingredient Lutrivia and that is nowhere to be found in the ingredients.
I just purchased 3 months supply of hard candy. I believe this company is a scam and do not recommend you purchase anything from them

I just got mine a couple days ago and it took so long to get . I hope they work. Plus they don't have the full name on the bag like the ad described. Why is that. I sure hope they work if not I want a refund cause I been wanting to try these for the longest and finally bought it and not want it say on the ad but it's the right flavor chews though. Next time I will order from another website as what they described in the ad and get exactly that.

if there was a problem with delivery why would they wait so long to get back to the customer who was waiting all this time for their product! this was very unprofessional as a company. will not order anything again!!

This is not the item that was advertised. Soft chews...ummm no they are hard as a rock i almost broke my teeth with them. The taste is ok but leaves a gross after taste. I dont appreciate the false information because I am having trouble with my hair growth and I thought finally maybe this will help...No they are to hard. Soft chews No! I really would like a refund of this product cause it was a waste. I havent had this long but I cant chew them because they are so hard.

I actually got product! But was it exactly what I ordered? NO! These are fake! The only positive thing I can say is they taste good.

I never received the product and now I’m getting monthly charges from random places but all for the same amount. Its a scam!

This is a scam, the products sold wont arrive...at all. You can clearly tell the website is just AI built. Please dont fall for this scam.

This company does not exist buyers be aware it’s a scam they are wanting you to purchase the vitamins and then steal your credit card information to make purchases on your credit card. Do not fall for it.
