this is terrible!!!!

this is terrible!!!!! There is not even a reason to put 1 star!!! I have been subscribed to monthly boxes for a long time, today the March box arrived to me, but it is absolutely not what was stated in my order and in the promo photo. The support service replied that the March boxes were sold out and they sent a random box. But no one asked me if I needed a random box. When it comes to writing off money, they are the first, but when it comes to sending the box that was ordered, it is not.

Cancelled my Advent calendar order for no reason

They had my Advent calendar order for over 2 months and I kept getting messages saying there was issues with my cards. I messaged them and they replied there was no issue just a delay in supply and thats why i was getting failed payment messages. Now they have cancelled my order. So annoying

Highly not recommended: unhelpful support and potentially expired products

Unfortunately, highly not recommend.
I purchase a signature advent calendar on 16.10.22. In the delivery section it was promised to be delivered to me in 5-7 days.
In 7 days my order was still not even sent. I opened a support ticket and the reply was (quoting): "please be patient". I believe it is unacceptable. If You are not meeting Your company deadlines You shall be apologizing, not saying to Your customers to be patient.
Meanwhile the calendar had a promo (a gift added to every purchase) so I wrote again to ask if they could add a gift to mine since I was waiting for the delivery already for 2 weeks and it still was not sent. They refused me and only after I asked for the refund my calendar was finally sent (in 2+ weeks). I also contacted them on Facebook. At least Valentina there explained that it was a pre-order product. Well, some calendars had a tag "pre-order" and even though I liked them more I didn't order them due to it. This one didn't. To me it seemed like a scam to sell more of their own product.
But that's not all :) When I finally received a calendar I figured out one of the products (Zalens Tea shot) had an expiration date on March 22 (03.22) - so 7 months ago. When I sent them the pictures of the mark on the bottom of the bottle the reply from Valentina was hilarious:
"Majority of cosmetic products no longer have an expiry date, the guidance is the period to use after opening, that I have referred to previously. "
Every of my beauty product has an expiration date and I've never heard of this. When I asked for a confirmation since I couldn't find any information about this "new" beauty products expiration date policy their disappeared for a month and a half promising to figure out.
When I returned for an update myself I figured out my case was closed without any notice. The new support representative Radu asked me all the same questions and in the end returned with this:
"Can we have an evidence of the alleged expiry date, such as a confirmation email from the brand? Please note that online batch calculators results are not always accurate, they are therefore inadmissible."
So I need to prove to them the product is not expired and write to the brand despite I have a picture of the stamp with 03.22
They still didn't return to me with any confirmation that due date was eliminated for cosmetics.

Valentina Helped me a lot.

Hello there. I have bought the Look Fantastic 2022 Advent Calendar and reactivated the Beauty Box Subscription as I am eager to test new products. What best way of doing that but the one mentioned above? Right?
While unboxing and filming my videos for TikTok & Instagram I noticed that one of my product (Gua Sha) seems to be used. When asking for help, Valentina was very prompt and offered her support. I think that she is by far the quickest and kindest person I have encountered in customer support.
Also, she never misses one post where the LF Romanian Instagram account is mentioned.
It really was a pleasure virtually meeting her & working with her.

I would like to thank Valentina for her full support in solving the issues I had related to my LookFantastic account and Beauty Box subscription.
She has an excellent customer service approach, she is very polite and problem solving attitude.

Delivery was never late for me however this time i had to contact Lookfantastic team to check the order status and I was wondered with clear information provided by agent Anastasija S.

Anastasija have been a great help to me today, thank you so much for helping me out with my order delivery information and tracking link and all the information when i actually can expect my order.

Will order again.
